الراعي: علينا القبول بما يصدر عن المحكمة الدولية الى أن نثبت انها مسيسة

اعتبر البطريرك الماروني مار بشاره بطرس الراعي "أن كل شيء في لبنان مسيس والسياسة تفسد كل شيء، من هنا المواقف من المحكمة التي هي أساسا لاحقاق الحق، فإذا بنا نتهمها بأمور عدة، لكن المحكمة هي لاحقاق الحق، والى أن نثبت انها مسيسة علينا القبول بما يصدر عنها".
واكد "ان الكنيسة لا تقفل ابوابها بوجه احد بل تستقبل الجميع، ترشد وتنبه وتدعو الى التلاقي والمحبة". وأشار الى "أن مسؤولية عيش المواطن تقع على عاتق الدولة والمسؤولين".
تحدث البطريرك أمام الاعلاميين المنتدبين في الصرح البطريركي في الديمان خلال لقائه بهم، وأكد "أن الكنيسة لا تغلق أبوابها بوجه احد، لكننا ننبه ونقول الحقيقة ونطلب الى الجميع وقف السجالات الاعلامية".
وعن اللقاءات المسيحية قال: "بحثنا في كل المواضيع، وهناك لجان تواصل البحث لجهة بيع الاراضي والحقوق المسيحية في الوظائف العامة وما الى ذلك من امور تهم المسيحيين والمسلمين، فبيع الارض كبيع الوطن، وعلى الانسان أن يستثمر أرضه لا أن يبيعها، ومشكلتنا مع المالكين الكبار وليس مع الصغار.
وبالنسبة الى الوظائف في الادارات، أضاف الراعي، علينا التعاون في ما بيننا للوصول الى إحقاق حقوقنا، وكذلك تبحث اللجان في مواضيع متعلقة بالانتخابات النيابية واللامركزية وموضوع توطين الفلسطينيين والعلاقة بين القيادات السياسية وموقع رئاسة الجمهورية، وهناك إيجابيات بالنسبة الى العمل السياسي، فهو ليس عملا اتهاميا بل منافسة بالعمل على الارض، ومأخذنا على السياسيين أن ليس عندهم برامج حول معالجة الديون والقضايا الاساسية.
وشدد على "أن مسؤولية عيش المواطن بكرامة تقع على عاتق الدولة والمسؤولين، ولا ينبغي تعطيل الامور".
وسئل عن الوضع في المنطقة فأجاب: "هناك صراع سني-شيعي، ودور المسيحيين أن يكونوا صلة الوصل والوسطاء لمنع تفاقم الاحوال".

jabal amel ta7to, the four generals were imprisoned under a Lebanese law rammed through parliament by one of the generals Jamil Sayyed. Under the Jamil Sayyed law anyone can be held without charges indefinitely. Sayyed pushed it on the parliament, headed by Nabih Berri and a pro-Syrian majority, so he'll be able to jail anti-Syrian activists.
The four generals were freed by the STL because it's own law that stipulates no one can be held without charge.

FiFi, who ever said the generals were innocent? They have not been claimed innocent by the STL, they were merely freed from detention, and they will likely be named in the next indictments.

IT'S NOT IMPORTANT ON WHICH LAW 4 GENERALS WERE IMPRISONED, BUT ON WHAT EVIDENCE. you know, like real evidence and not false witnesses. actually, if any of them had anything to do with it, i would be first to imprison them with no law at all.
If you wanted to keep jamil sayed in the prison to punish him for police state, i don't have problems with it.
but to imprison him for killing harriri, that's injustice.
