It is a big mistake to reject the dialog.
I think M14 have all the interest in going to the dialog, given that the Syrian Regime is very shaken and soon to fall, they'll reap a lot of concessions on major issues, including illegal arms whether with Hizb Allah, or Palestinians in and outside the the Camps and also in reinforcing the Lebanese State in face of all the mini-states.

Dialog is the best way forward. M14 should not be seen as refusing dialog. Dialog helps insuring that Hizb allah does not resort to his weapons to gain politically like they've been doing up till now.

I really think M14 should review their stance from the dialog and embrace it.

Charbel , i agree with you partially, sure dialogue is better than the language of the bullet, but when you have a gun pointed to your head and someone telling you lets talk, you cannot negotiate in a way that everybody is a winner, And when you ask him to remove the gun pointed to your head to talk equaly, he says he doesnt want to do anything about it and it is non negociable, This is whats happening ya charbel, Hezbollah doesnt want to negotiate on the real problem of the country, which is their weapons, i, personnally, dont think that hezbollah is in control of its own militia, the hariri murder was executed by hezbollah members that were out of control of Hassan nasrallah,some bad people close to them do whatever they want and flee to dahieh because they know nobody would dare go there.their weapons have become a burden to their reputation of resistance,and now there is no going back, do us a favor , disarm and help us catch your outlaws or your an accomplice to them.

Dialogue is performed with entities that have the same goals but do not agree on the methods.
In Lebanon’s case Hezbollah is an element tightly attached to the Iranian orders as declared by nassrallah on several occasions and has an ideological goal in which a pluralistic and democratic Lebanon does not exist. What dialogue could we have with such party? March 14th wasted 5 precious years trying to accommodate the monster till it grew back in strength and scared them out.
It is about time to say no to any compromise or dialogue with the largest threat to the Lebanese identity, Hezbollah.
