حصة لبنان بتمويل المحكمة الدولية "ستُدفع على 3 دفعات"

كشف رئيس حكومة تصريف الاعمال نجيب ميقاتي أن دفع حصة لبنان لعام 2014 من تمويل المحكمة الدولية الخاصة بلبنان، ستُدفع على دفعات.
وفي حديث الى صحيفة "السفير"، الاثنين، أعلن ميقاتي أن وزارة المال أفادت الحكومة بانها تستطيع ان تقوم بدفع التزام لبنان ولكن بشكل مقسط على دفعات، وأنه تمت الموافقة "الاستثنائية" على هذا الامر بعد التشاور مع رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان.
وقال: "لا اعتقد ان هناك مشكلة، وبالتالي يمكن القول ان هذا الامر انتهى وسلك طريقه الطبيعي".
يُذكر أن ميقاتي أعلن في أيار الفائت أن " الحكومة أصبحت في مرحلة تصريف أعمال وبالتالي لا يمكنها أن تتحمل مسؤولية تمويل المحكمة الدولية الخاصة بلبنان لكونه يدخل في اطار النفقات الجارية"، مردفاً أنه "تسلم بعد استقالته رسالة الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة بان كي مون إزاء دفع التكاليف".
يُشار إلى أن على لبنان أن يساهم سنويا بنحو 49 % من نفقات المحكمة الدولية وفق ما نص عليه الاتفاق الثنائي الموقع بين الطرفين.
من جانبه، أعرب وزير المال في حكومة تصريف الاعمال محمد الصفدي، عبر صحيفة "النهار"، عن عزمه على انجاز ملف التمويل والتحويل خلال الاسبوع الجاري.
بدورها، نقلت صحيفة "الحياة"، عن مصدر وزاري لبناني، انه تم الاتفاق مع رئيس المحكمة القاضي دايفيد باراغونث (خلال زيارته الى لبنان الاسبوع الفائت)، على تسديد حصة لبنان من تمويل المحكمو على 3 دفعات، وانها ستدفع من احتياط الموازنة.

I agree with bringing criminals to justice but how much has this cost lebanon to date are we paying for some european clown to fly first class to everywhere to stay in 7 star hotels to wear armani suits ,what i'm getting at is anyone observing where these millions are being spent or are we just closing our eyes and hoping for the best?
