الحريري يلتقي هولاند في الرياض شاكرا دعمه للجيش والمحكمة الدولية

إلتقى الرئيس الفرنسي فرنسوا هولاند رئيس "تيار المستقبل" سعد الحريري في الرياض في حين شكر الأخير فرنسا على دعم الجيش والمحكمة الدولية.
وبحسب بيان صادر عن المكتب الإعلامي للحريري مساء الأحد عبّر الأخير "للرئيس الفرنسي عن شكره لتأييد فرنسا للمحكمة الدولية الخاصة بلبنان ودعمها المستمر لها".
كما شدد الحريري "على أهمية موقف فرنسا الداعم للدولة اللبنانية ومؤسساتها الشرعية، لا سيما منها الجيش اللبناني الذي يشكل العامود الفقري للاستقرار الداخلي".
هذا ونوه الحريري "بالتوجهات الفرنسية للإسراع في ترجمة الدعم الذي أعلنته المملكة العربية السعودية لتسليح الجيش اللبناني".
ويأتي لقاء هولاند بالحريري بعد اغتيال مستشار الأخير محمد شطح في وسط بيروت الجمعة الفائت.
كذلك أعلن هولاند مساء الأحد أن فرنسا ستلبي طلب لبنان شراء أسلحة من عندها، بعد أن أعلن رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان عن مساعدة سعودية للجيش اللبناني بقيمة 3 مليارات دولار.
يذكر أن مصدرا فرنسيا يرافق هولاند في زيارته قال لوكابة "فرانس برس" ان "الملك عبدالله عبر عن قلقه ازاء الازمات الاقليمية -ايران وسوريا ولبنان ومصر- واشاد بموقف فرنسا الشجاع بشأن هذه الملفات الاساسية".

Maybe Hollande is not liked by many, a socialist one may say will deliver nothing but failure. yet, this socialist president has done what many have hesitated at doing. dare we ask the people of Mali of how they felt when the Islamist radicals hijacked their country, and in comparison how it felt after the French liberated their country? Can we now ask that same question to the people of the CAR? Or the people of the Ivory Coast a few years ago when the Sarkozi admin decided to go and stop the prevailing madness there? Today France has stretched its hand to our army, yes yes, OK, through Hollande this time, must we be so critical of that helping hand after everyone conditioned us over help that was a pittance in truth? Well, times are changing, it's clear, President Suleiman is not waiting for anyone to tell him what to do.
