I am not sure that a civil war is brewing as the only armed side is Hizbullah. The sunnis have no arms, never had and wont have. Hizbullah will not go into Christian areas as it cannot afford to do so politically nor can it sustain long enough such a move. The only expected outcome is HA blocking the institutions and gaining more and more political power in the country aiming to achieve a government under its control.
