"جنبلاط يقترح اسناد الخارجية للتيار" وباسيل: المشكلة عند سلام

تبلور طرح حكومي جديد، في محاولة لحل الازمة المندلعة منذ قرابة التسعة أشهر، تمثل في إعطاء حقيبة "الخارجية" للتيار الوطني الحر، في حين أعلن وزير التيار جبران باسيل أن هذا الطرح هو "من باب التفكير بصوت عالٍ"، وأنه لم يتلق أي "عرض" من الرئيس المكلف تمام سلام.
وكشفت معلومات صحيفة "السفير"، الخميس، ان رئيس "الحزب التقدمي الاشتراكي" النائب وليد جنبلاط، قدّم "اقتراح تسوية"، يقوم على منح "التيار الوطني الحر" حقيبة سيادية هي "الخارجية".
في حين نقلت الصحيفة عن وزير الطاقة والمياه في حكومة تصريف الاعمال جبران باسيل، أن التيار لم يتلقَّ "أي عرض رسمي وواضح من الرئيس المكلف في شأن الحقائب، حتى نعطي رأينا سلباً او إيجاباً".
وأوضح أن "ما تردد حول اقتراح بحصول التيار على حقيبة "الخارجية" ظل في إطار الأفكار التي يطرحها علينا وسطاء وأصدقاء من باب التفكير بصوت عالٍ".
وتابع قائلاً "كل يوم يأتينا من يطرح علينا أفكاراً ويسألنا عن رأينا فيها، إنما لم نسمع شيئاً بعد من الرئيس المكلف مباشرة، وكأنه ليس هو المعني بأن يتناقش معنا ومع الآخرين في تأليف الحكومة".
واعتبر أن سلام "يخطئ إذا كان ينتظر منا جواباً معيناً، لأنه هو المطالَب بتقديم الإجابات الواضحة لنا، وليس العكس، وبالتالي فإن المشكلة عنده وليست عندنا".
الى ذلك، لفتت صحيفة "النهار"، الى أنه في حال أعطيت الخارجية للتيار، فإن ذلك، سوف يشكل "ازمة" في توزيع الحقائب على الطوائف، لذلك، فإن "حزب الله" أبلغ المعنيين انه يحتاج الى 48 ساعة اضافية للبحث في مقاربات جديدة للحلول.
يُشار الى أن المساعي الحكومية اقتربت من الوصول الى خواتيمها، الا أن العقدة الاخيرة تبقى تمسك "التيار الوطني الحر" برفضه مبدأ المداورة بالحقائب الوزارية، وحصوله على وزارة الطاقة والمياه، ومن المفترض أن تشكل الحكومة تبعاً لصيغة 8-8-8.

Holding the energy portfolio is only symbolic because the funds that are generated from oil and gas exploration belong to the Treasury and ultimately the Lebanese people. Aoun can claim that only he can ensure that no funds are siphoned off to corrupt politicians' bank accounts, but this can easily be remedied by having a representative committee that oversees the bidding process and ensures that funds go to government coffers. By insisting that the portfolio should be held by a christian and delaying the formation of a gov, Aoun is further damaging the economy and placing his interests ahead of the state's and the people. Besides, he should be rallying the people behind political causes instead of perpetuating sectarianism. After all christian M14 and christian neutral politicians are not opposed to the rotation of the energy portfolio. Why are you?
