منصور عاد من دمشق: الأسد بدا مرتاحا جدّا لتطورات الأوضاع في سوريا

لفت وزير الخارجية عدنان منصور فور عودته من دمشق الى أن الرئيس السوري بشار الأسد "بدا مرتاحا جدّا لتطورات الأوضاع في سوريا، وبدا مصمما على السير في طريق الإصلاحات والتصدي للمسلحين الذين يعكرون الأوضاع الأمنية، وهو أبلغنا بأن الأمور بدأت تهدأ وخصوصا في مدينة حماه".
وأوضح منصور لصحيفة "السفير" أن الرئيس السوري استفسر عن موضوع الحدود البحرية، مشيرا إلى أن رسالة لبنان "التي نقلناها اليه مفادها عدم التدخل النهائي في شؤون سوريا الداخلية، ودعم لبنان لأمن سوريا واستقرارها".
وقال منصور في تصريحات أدلى بها في سوريا، رداً على سؤال حول ضبط عمليات تهريب الأسلحة من لبنان: أنا ضد أي عملية تهريب ولا نقبل بها بأي صورة من الصور ونرفض رفضا كاملا التدخل في الشأن السوري.
وكان منصور بعد لقائه الاسد قد نقل عن الاخير "ارتياحه وامتنان سوريا وتقديرها للموقف الاخير للبنان في مجلس الأمن الدولي".
وشدد الرئيس السوري، بحسب وزير الخارجية اللبناني، على ضرورة تطوير العلاقات بين البلدين، مؤكدا أن الاستقرار والأمن في سوريا ينعكسان على المنطقة برمتها.
وأشار الأسد الى أن ما يجري من أحداث سببه التدخلات الخارجية، لافتا الانتباه إلى حجم السلاح الذي يدخل الى سوريا بسبب التدخل الخارجي. ورأى أن سوريا تدفع ثمن موقفها الوطني والقومي.
كما نوه الأسد بتشكيل الحكومة اللبنانية برئاسة نجيب ميقاتي، متمنيا لها النجاح في برنامجها الذي وضعته للخروج بلبنان من الأزمة.
والتقى منصور أيضا نائب الرئيس فاروق الشرع ووزير الخارجية وليد المعلم.

Shame on Lebanon and this embarrassing joke of a minister. But what to expect from Miqati government that was formed by Assad and Hizbollah; in other words formed by a criminal regime and a criminal organization. The only true resistance in to free Lebanon from the Basij, Mukhabarat and their puppets. We also owe the brave Syrian people a promise that all agents of the Assad tyrant will be delivered to justice when the freed Syrian people are ready to bring to justice Assad and his accomplices and profiteers, just as what is happening in Egypt and Tunisia.

Seriously! Russia has indicted the Syrian regime along with China and the rest of the world. President Medvedev used some tough language on RT. The GCC and the Arab league, SA and Turkey issued strong statements against the regime. Jordan did too. Frigg'n Hawai is about to issue a statement... and then we get this...this thing. Just look at him! The guy is a space cadet. He looks weak in his pictures and utters non-sense: no arms in dahieh, we can alienate ourselves form the International community and at the same time ask for our maritime rights from them (what?)... and this... May be it is the glasses or the dweeb look or may be he is good at the oldest profession of the world, metaphorically speaking of course... Sorry Minister!

Quisling! The whole world knows better. Let us only hope that the post-Assad Syria does not hold all Lebanon in contempt for the actions of these quisling bootlickers now in charge of government.

If you are refering to what our government should have done in 2008, then I agree with you.
If you are refering to the Syrian people in their hundreds of thousands protesting for reform, then not so much...
