This means that this armed group will never integrate or hand in their arms for as long as these areas are still occupied.

These areas will remained occupied for a very long time if not ever.

This means only one thing no hope of this armed group to ever integrate or lay down their arms.

"right of Lebanese citizens to resist Israeli occupation". Does that mean we all can buy weapons and ammunition for the purpose of defending Lebanin against occupation? Of course, we can not use these weapons against our fellow Lebanese or elsewhere! Right?

Yes I live in tripoli in jabal mohsen and will get Syrian made weapons to resist Israel. But if you live in ma3rab and have reconnaissance drone above your house you cannot acquire weapon and shoot it down. Also if you live outside the mouraba3 al amni in Beirut suburbs you cannot acquire weapons.
