القضاء العسكري يصدر مذكرة توقيف غيابية بحق رفعت عيد

أصدر القضاء العسكري، ظهر الخميس، مذكرة توقيف غيابية بحق الامين العام للحزب "العربي الديمقراطي" رفعت عيد، وفق المعلومات الصحافية.
ويوم السبت، ادعى مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر على 12 لبنانيا بجرم الانتماء الى تنظيم ارهابي مسلح، بينهم عيد.
وأحال الادعاء الى قاضي التحقيق العسكري الأول رياض ابو غيدا. وكان عيد قد غادر ووالده النائب الأسبق علي عيد السبت الفائت إلى سوريا، كما كشفت المعلومات الصحافية.
ويأتي هذا التطور بعد أن أقر مجلس الوزراء أفي جلسته الخميس الفائت في بعبدا، توصيات المجلس الاعلى للدفاع حول الخطة الامنية في طرابلس والبقاع الشمالي تقضي بالإنتشار في جبل محسن وباب التبانة وتوقيف المسلحين ومن صدرت بحقهم مذكرات التوقيف.
في سياق متصل، ادعى مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر، على 15 شخصا من الجنسيتين اللبنانية والسورية بينهم موقوف.
كما ادعى على مجموعة مؤلفة من 14 من باب التبانة بينهم موقوفان، بجرم تشيكل مجموعة مسلحة بهدف ارتكاب الجنايات على الناس والاموال والنيل من سلطة الدولة وهيبتها والتعرض لمؤسساتها المدنية والعسكرية، واطلاق النار على العناصر الامنية.
واحال الادعاءين الى قاضي التحقيق العسكري الاول رياض ابو غيدا.
