جعجع: الفريق الآخر لا يريد دولة بالأساس ونريد انتخاب رئيس في لبنان لا في الدوحة ولا في باريس

أعلن رئيس حزب "القوات اللبنانية" سمير جعجع الخميس أن فريق الثامن من آذار "لا يريد دولة بالأساس" ويعطل انتخاب رئيس "كي يبقيها سائبة"، معلنا "أننا نريد انتخاب رئيس في لبنان" ورافضا الذهاب إلى باريس أو الدوحة أو أي عاصمة أخرى للتوافق على انتخابه.
وقال جعجع في احتفال "يوم الجمهورية" الذي نظمته مصلحة الطلاب في الحزب مساء الخميس في معراب "لن نقبل ان تبقى الدولة صُوَريّة ومشلولة ومغيَّبة ومصادَرة، وسنبقى نناضل، ونناضل، ونناضل لتعود الدولة دولة، وتقوم الدولة القوية".
يذكر أن جعجع حصل على 48 صوتا في الدورة الأولى من انتخاب الرئيس في 23 الجاري في حين حصل منافسه النائب هنري حلو على 16 صوتا. وقوى الثامن من آذار التي صوت نوابها بـ52 ورقة بيضاء في الدورة الأولى وبأسماء قيادات قتلت في الحرب الأهلية عطّل بعض نوابها نصاب الدورة الثانية الأربعاء الفائت.
عليه رأى جعجع الخميس أن "البعض لا يريد دولة قوية أو بالأحرى لا يريد دولة من الأساس، من أجل هذا جنّ جنونهم، ويتكلمون ويتصرفون كيف ما كان، ومن أجل ذلك يعطلون الجلسات، وسيستمرون بالتعطيل، لنقبل معهم برئيس ليس رئيساً".
كما أضاف أن فريق الثامن من آذار يريد رئيسا "يُبقي الدولة سائبة، ويُبقي أبوابها مفتوحة أمامهم لإكمال ما يقومون به، وليستمروا بالنهب وبما يريدون فعله، وليظلوا مسيطرين وبالتالي لتبقى الدولة ليست دولة".
وتابع جعجع "لست أنا مرشحٌ لرئاسة الجمهورية بل مشروعنا هو المرشح بشير الجميّل هو المرشّح رينيه معوّض هو المرشّح رفيق الحريري هو المرشّح شهداء ثورة الأرز هم المرشّحون".
وتحت شعار "بتحب لبنان، حب صناعتو" لوزير الصناعة الأسبق بيار الجميل الذي اغتيل عام 2006، شرح جعجع أن "كل ما نقوم به اليوم ليكون الرئيس صُنع في لبنان ، ولكن للأسف نحن ندفع نحو الأمام، بينما هم يدفعون بنا الى الوراء".
وشرح أن "هم يُعطلون كي لا يكون الرئيس صُنع في لبنان، لأنّه لن يكون كما يريدونه، يعطلون ليأخذوننا مجدداً الى الدوحة، أو الى باريس أو الى أي عاصمة ثانية من عواصم العالم، ولكن هذه المرة لن نذهب الى اي مكان".
وقال أن شعار الفريق الآخر هو "حبّ حالك، واشتري من مطرح ما أنسبلك!" سائلا "الفريق الثاني ماذا فعل؟ فحتى الآن، وقد اقتربت المهلة لإنتخاب الرئيس من الانتهاء، لم يُسمِ الفريق الآخر مرشحه، ولم يعلن برنامجه، ولم يزر كتلة من الكتل النيابية".
عليه استنتج جعجع أن "كل ما فعله هو أنّه عطّل جلسات الانتخاب، ويجول في بلاد الله الواسعة بحثاً عن تأييد مفقود بالداخل، وليستقوي علينا" متابعا "هذه هي ديموقراطيّتهم، وهذا هو لبنانهم، فاذا بتحبّ لبنان حب صناعتو، ما تحب حالك، وتروح تشتري وتبيع من مطرح اللي أنسبلك".
وشدد على "أننا نريد بناء دولة يجد فيها كل متخرج فرصة عمل، دولة تشبه طموحات كل شخص منكم، دولة ليست للقوات، ولا لـ14 آذار، بل دولة لكل اللبنانيين، نريد بناء وتأسيس مراكز أبحاث ليكون للجامعيين مجالاً ليطوّروا دراساتهم ويواكبوا العالم، لقد أضعنا وقتاً كثيراً، ولا يجب أن نضيّع المزيد".
من جهة أخرى أعلن جعجع أنه "حان الوقت الذي ينال فيه الناجح حقه...و يجب على الدولة واداراتها أن تشرّع له أبوابها فالدخول الى وظائف الدولة لن يكون للذين لديهم "واسطة"، فالأخلاق في الوظيفة اساس، والكفاءة أساس، والرشوة سوف نقتلعها من جذورها".
واذ أكّد أن "الدولة هي لخدمة الناس، كل الناس، وفق القوانين والاصول"، رأى جعجع ان "سن الاقتراع يجب أن يُخفض الى 18 سنة باعتبار أن هذا حق طبيعي، فكما يحق للشاب أو الشابة اللذين بلغا 18 عاماً أن يمارسا كل حقوقهما المدنية، فمن حقهما بالتالي الاقتراع".
وختم رئيس حزب "القوات اللبنانية" عن الإستحقاق الرئاسي قائلا "هذا الاستحقاق هو جولة من جولات قوى 14 آذار التي تخوضها مجتمعة، مثلما يريد كل جمهورها وكما يجب" جازما أنه "كما انتصرت 14 آذار على الظلم والقهر والاضطهاد والوصاية من 9 سنوات، هكذا ستنتصر اليوم على التعطيل والتهويل والتهديد والاغتيال".

The current process is showing that candidates like Geagea or Aoun cannot be expected to fill this sensitive post. Time is running out and the void looks more and more likely to happen. What does that prove to us all? That a leader who participated in the war will not be acceptable by the other respective half. Since we still have some time available, the time is not to settle for another compromise candidate, and who better than technocrats?
