أحد المتهمين الاربعة لمجلة "تايم": السلطات تعرف أين أنا ولا تستطيع اعتقالي

نشرت مجلة "تايم" الأميركية مقابلة مع أحد المتهمين الأربعة في جريمة اغتيال الحريري، لم تذكر اسمه ولا مكان اجراء المقابلة، وإن كانت ألمحت إلى أن مراسلها في بيروت كان يجري محادثة مع مصدر في "حزب الله" فوجد نفسه امام أحد المتهمين الأربعة الذي وصل بمفرده على متن دراجة نارية.
وأكد الرجل المتهم أن السلطات اللبنانية تعلم أين يقيم ولو أرادت اعتقاله لكانت فعلت ذلك منذ زمن طويل".
وأضاف "ببساطة إنهم لا يستطيعون".
وتابع أنه وافق على إجراء هذه المقابلة لأنه يريد بعث رسالة الى العالم بأنه لم يكن مشاركاً في اغتيال رفيق الحريري، وأن جميع التهم المنسوبة إليه فارغة".
وقالت "التايم" في المقال إنه وخلال حوار مع مصدر في "حزب الله"، تعرّف مراسل المجلّة الى أحد المتّهمين بالمشاركة في اغتيال رفيق الحريري. وصل المتّهم وحده على درّاجة (سكوتر) إلى منزل رفيقه في الحزب. وخلال مناقشة القرار الإتهامي، أفصح عن هويّته وأبرز بطاقة هويّة قديمة تأكيدًا على ذلك، ووافق على إجراء المقابلة بشرط عدم الكشف عن اسمه ومكانه.
وفي ما يلي نص المقابلة:
¶ لماذا وافقت على إجراء هذه المقابلة؟
- أريد أن أبعث رسالة إلى العالم أنّ لا علاقة لي باغتيال رفيق الحريري وأنّ كلّ التّهم ضدّي باطلة.
¶ وكيف تفسّر تحليل بيانات الهاتف الخلوي؟
- الجميع يعرف أنّ الموساد قادرعلى التلاعب ببيانات الخلوي من خلال الجواسيس والعملاء، وقد تمّ توقيف بعض العملاء، وهذا دليل قاطع على أنّ اسرائيل تتلاعب ببيانات الاتصالات. لو تمّ إنشاء المحكمة على أدلة حقيقية لكنت سلّمت نفسي من اليوم الأوّل.
¶ فلنعد في الزمان الى يوم الاغتيال. أين كنت في 14 شباط 2005؟
- كنت أتمّم عملي العسكري ولا يمكنني أن أفصح عن المكان ولكن يمكنني أن أثبت أنّي لم أكن في منطقة السان جورج، حيث وقع الانفجار. كنت بعيدًا أقلّه مسافة ساعة ونصف عن ذلك المكان.
¶ إذن، أنت تنكر مشاركتك في هذا العمل الارهابي؟
- كليًّا، إلى درجة أنّني فوجئت حين سمعت خبر اغتيال الحريري وتوقّفت مع صديق لي عند قهوة لنشاهد التلفاز. وفي اليوم التالي، ذهبت الى عملي كالمعتاد ورآني الناس. لو كنت متورّطًا في الاغتيال لكنت اتّخذت اجراءات أكثر.
¶ بعد إنشاء المحكمة الخاصّة بلبنان، هل توقّعت أن تكون من المتّهمين الأربعة؟
- لسنوات عدة، اتُّهمت سوريا بالاغتيال وطوّق المجتمع الدولي بأسره سوريا على هذا الأساس. ولكن بعد تعاون سوريا مع الأسرة الدولية، تمّ اتّهام "حزب الله" فوردت أسماؤنا على أننا القتلة.
¶ لم لا تسلّم نفسك إلى المحكمة؟
- لن أسلّم نفسي إلى محكمة هدفها الأساسي القضاء على "حزب الله" وليس الكشف عن هويّة القتلة الحقيقيين. هذه محكمة مسيّسة وقد اعترف بذلك حتّى بعض أعضائها. إذا كانوا يفتّشون عن الحقيقة، فليبحثوا في مكان آخر خارج لبنان. فليتّجهوا إلى البلدان المجاورة وسيكتشفون من هم حقيقة المشتبه فيهم.
¶ هل تعني سوريا؟
- قطعًا لا. عليهم الذهاب الى اسرائيل، هي وحدها تستفيد من قتل الحريري. ألا ترى أنّ المستفيد الوحيد هو اسرائيل وحلفاؤها؟
¶ هل تعتقد أنّ "حزب الله" سيسلّمك إلى المحكمة؟
- لو كنت مذنبًا، لكان "حزب الله" سلّمني الى ما يسمّى بالعدالة الدولية من اليوم الأوّل. أكرّر للمرّة الأخيرة: أنا بريء من كلّ التهم الموجّهة ضدّي.
¶ السلطات اللبنانية تبحث عنك أيضًا.
- السلطات اللبنانية تعرف أين أعيش، ولو أرادوا أن يوقفوني لكانوا فعلوا ذلك منذ زمن بعيد. ببساطة، إنهم لا يستطيعون.
¶ ماذا تظنّ أنّه سيحلّ بالمحكمة؟
- المحكمة فاقدة لمصداقيتها منذ البداية. أنا أكيد أنّها ستكمل عملها ولكنّ لبنان لن ينفّذ قراراتها. على المجتمع الدولي أن يبحث عن وسيلة أفضل للقضاء على المقاومة وسوريا وإيران.
¶ ما هي خططك للمستقبل؟
- سأكمل حياتي العادية من دون إيلاء المحكمة أو قراراتها أيّ أهمية.

I fully agree with all the above comments. I only would like to add something...the hezb always comes up with this same sentence “Can't you see that the only beneficiary from this assassination is Israel and its allies?”
Well, that's easy to say now, but 6 years back, NOBODY could have imagined where this assasination was going to take us. No one could have imagined the complex scenarios, the implementation of an international tribunal, the incredible retreival of complex telecommunication data, etc...
If Israel had executed Hariri, they would have planted evidence pointing out to Hezbollah in a much direct and efficient mater...

Amazing how the Time's reporter could so easily access and interview a suspect in Lebanon when the Lebanese government declared that none of the 4 accused is in Lebanon!
If he was so innocent he should surrender to the court and prove his innocence while unveiling the alleged israeli conspiracy that Hezbollah seems to have so much evidence of.

Harriri, Mufti, Mouawad, Tueni, Hamadeh, Jemayel, Hawi,Chidiac.
(Sunni,Maronite,Durzi) and None is shiite or Alawiites.
ALL 7 Above have one thing in common (Anti-Syrian regime regardless of their religion), therefore Israel will not favor anti-Hizb and anti-terrorist to go away. Miquati, Berri, and Nasrallah are all hiding the know whereabouts of fugitives from the the court the country is bound to uphold. There should be indictments for all three for hiding fugitives. The Miquati government will fall very soon. Not to mention his dealings with Assad.
