بو صعب يعلن تاجيل الامتحانات الرسمية يوما على ان يشارك الاساتذة في المراقبة

اعلن وزير التربية الياس بو صعب تاجيل الانتخابات يوما واحدا الى الجمعة على ان يشارك الاساتذة في اعمال المراقبة فقط من دون الاتفاق على التصحيح.
وكان قد قال نقيب المعلمين في المدارس الخاصة نعمة محفوض من الوزارة مساء الثلاثاء أن " هيئة التنسيق النقابية ما زالت على موقفها" بعيد اجتماع اول مع بو صعب.
وقال متحدث آخر باسم الهيئة "إذا بقي الوزير بو صعب على موقفه في 12 الجاري لا امتحانات وهناك إلغاء للشهادة".
واجتمع بو صعب مع وفد الهيئة داخل الوزارة بعد حل مشكلة حضور محفوض الذي يقول بو صعب أنه أساء إليه. لكن أكثر من قناة نقلت أن الهيئة "تعتذر من بو صعب عن الإساءة بحقه وتؤكد أن كرامتها من كرامته".
لكن محفوض أصر مساء على القول "أحد شباب هيئة التنسيق أوضح لمعالي الوزير ماذا حدث ونحن لم نخطئ لنعتذر".
وفي انتظار كلمة لبو صعب نقل قناة الـ"OTV" عنه قوله "قراري شبه جاهز وسأبلوره ببعض القرائن قبل أن أعلن ما يمليه ضميري".
وأضاف بو صعب "لا أخضع لضغط سياسي ومهمتي التوازن بين حقوق المعلمين ومصلحة الطلاب".
قبل ذلك أعلن رئيس رابطة موظفي الادارة العامة محمود حيدر عن "الإضراب العام ابتداء من غد لغاية 19 حزيران في كافة الوزارات والإدارات من أجل إقرار سلسلة الرتب والرواتب".
وكانت قد نفذت الهيئة اعتصاماً داخل مبنى الوزارة في الاونيسكو، مؤكدة البقاء فيها الى حين اقرار سلسلة الرتب والرواتب دون تأخير، بعد عدم عقد الجلسة التشريعية التي كانت مقررة قبل ظهر الثلاثاء.
ورفع رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري الجلسة الى 19 حزيران الجاري لفقدان النصاب، وتوجه لوزير التربية الياس بو صعب قائلاً ان "الامتحانات لا تسير بهذه الطريقة التي تقومون بها، وانتبهوا ان تذهبوا بالبلد الى نقطة اللاعودة".
وأعرب بو صعب عن تأييده لموقف بري، آسفاً لما آلت اليه الامور، خصوصاً وان "النقاش الاخير في الرتب والرواتب كان قد وصل الى سلسلة قابلة للحياة".
واذ أكد دعم مطالب الاساتذة، شدد على ان قرار اجراء الامتحانات الرسمية هو بيد وزارة التربية فقط، كما أعلن عن اجرائها بمواعيدها وان لن يقبل "تأجيلها ولو لربع ساعة".
الى ذلك، لفت بو صعب الى ان حل ازمة الرتب والرواتب "سياسي".
وخلال اعتصام "هيئة التنسيق" في الاونيسكو، أعلن رئيس الهيئة حنا غريب انهم باقون في وزارة التربية و"النومة هون"، فضلاً عن الاعتصام المفتوح في كافة المراكز التربوية الى حين اقرار السلسلة.
كذلك، شدد على ان الامتحانات الرسمية لن تُجرى، قائلاً "الشهادة مقابل السلسلة". وأضاف "من يتهمنا أننا نأخذ الطلاب رهينة هو من يأخذ الشعب رهينة"، معتبرا ان "من لا يقوم بواجباته لا يحق له أن يحاسب".
بدوره، توجه نقيب معلمي المدارس الخاصة في لبنان نعمة محفوض الى رئيس "كتلة المستقبل" النيابية فؤاد السنيورة بالقول ان "من يأخذ لبنان نحو الإفلاس هي الطبقة السياسية الفاشلة".
وزير المال علي حسن خليل، انتقد هو ايضاً رئيس "كتلة المستقبل" النيابية فؤاد السنيورة في ما خص الرتب والرواتب، مشدداً على انه حريص على استقرار الاقتصاد اللبناني.
وقبل الجلسة التشريعية التي كان من المقرر عقدها، زار وزير التربية الياس بو صعب كليمنصو حيث اجتمع برئيس "جبهة النضال الوطني" النائب وليد جنبلاط ثم انتقل الى ساحة النجمة حيث التقى رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري بحضور وزير المال علي حين خليل.
اما النواب قوى 14 آذار الذين قاطعوا الجلسة رفضاً للتشريع في ظل الفراغ الرئاسي وبعد اعلان "المستقبل" ان السلسلة بأرقامها الحالية "كارثية"، عقدوا مؤتمراً صحافياً في البرلمان، فأكدوا ان اقرار السلسلة "بالأرقام المعروضة هي تدمير للفقراء والمساكين واصحاب الحاجة ورفع للأقساط المدرسية ورفع للفوائد بالمصارف على الناس".
وطالبوا وزير التربية الياس بو صعب والأساتذة بـ"إجراء الإمتحانات الرسمية وعدم أخذ الطلاب رهينة".

Raise the pay scale by 121% NOW
INFLATION ON WHAT ?
TV , CARS, .... Everything that is imported will NOT have an inflationary effect.
But your vegetables fruits, services yes... Of course...
But then again when people have a greater disposable income then they WILL SPEND IT... Thereby driving the economy to new heights ,,,
All politicians in Lebanon own some sort of business, and they are only concerned with raising their employees salary.

are the prices been the same now than in 1998? the politicians are just a bunch of incompetent fools more anxious about their privileges than those of the lebanese people!

what do you do when you have an absurd inflated and sickening ratio of 1 teacher for every 7 students imposed by politicians for obvious personal gains??? ( as a reminder the average is 1 in 20 in developed countries)
what do you do when the scc heads insist on having pay raises for everyone including teachers and employees with monthly salaries over 3000$ by the way, ask those leaders about their own salaries???!!!
