Dr. Geagea one of the few left true Lebanese and an example of honesty, pride, and leadership.
Well said flame,
But berri was a saint during civil war, ur new deas snsp friends to, hezbos also (they only performs jihadist duty), marada neverfought in koura and no massacre happened and of course hachem minkara, ur very secular now friend in tripoli/mina bever tried to implement charia, never executed leftists and christian, never buried people alive...
So great logic, so modern, democratic, bravo flame... Bravo...
Now as usual go have some chupachups man...
No didnot forget aoun leaving his man behind, neither lauching wars like alitle neron... Glad u remember that, as for bassil jet, not aware but he got some kind richer the past few years but not aware of the jet...
Sorry u took my coment so personal, but for ur allies (not ur friends ok..) it's ok they have commited massacres during lebanese war u just hold on on geagea...
Bravo man, typicaly aouni style (every day i think how dumb i was to support this guy, syrian accountability act, hezbollah stance then..,)
Anyway, bravo again flame, now time for chupachups man, chupachups...
lol FT
geagea's groupies feel enlightened each time he speaks, but they wont stop for a second to wonder why it's "dellusional" to let the people chose their president.
"Flamethrower" when I read your post, for a second, I thought you had gained some wisdom, I figured here is a "person" that has finally gained some perspective and saw his two leaders, Nassrallah and aoun as they are and decided to speak up...But then again with a name like Flamethrower, perhaps I was expecting too much..flamethrower..lol, yes flames belong in hell and you are throwing them..burning your own hands..I wonder what Freud would say about a person that picks a name like that..
Why sofia u got that by urself?...
Very constructive coment, bravo..,
No u to, chupachups?...
fake mowaten do you let the people choose their resistance like the way you want them to choose their president? LOL
The only wise decision-makers in this country are Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Istez Nabih Berri, and General Shamel Mozaya.
Now excuse me while I head to Takbeer to buy some new clothes from myself and my 8 daughters.
Long live the Islamic Republic of Iran where all the good Islamist people live under the gentle rule of the Islamist revolution.
Liars liars diapers on fire

second usually it's a waist of time making a 'constructive' comments with light minds such as yours n ur fake doc but i make this one as an exception..:)
Mr GEAGEA when were you elected democratically the head of LF???
and please hakim look up the definition of democracy in your spare time
god bless democracy
Aoun's proposal is a good one and should be further explored and a analyzed by all parties instead of being summarily dismissed just because he is in the M8 camp. What exactly is wrong with giving me, a simple citizen, the right to choose my country's president, instead of forcing me to rely on an MP who more often than not is a corrupt and incompetent fool?
So chias chose 2 head of parlement and then they ask the opinion of the rest of the lebanese, and same for suni and governent?
Ok jabal then why not split the country fared marra, and each sect will take the opinion of the other from time to time...
As for people like me (even if we are not the majority) who defines themself as lebanese not sunit, shiite, maronites.. any ideas?...
Not tomorrow that we'll have a real country...
Well Jerry, Aoun is not my "idle". Most of the time I think that he is a goofball, but sometimes he comes up with solutions that I like. I listen to what everyone has to say, including Aoun. You say that direct vote should apply to all positions; I agree. You say that equal power sharing between us and the Moslems would not longer apply; I'm not really sure how you came to this conclusion.
And about rewriting the constitution: by all means, our constitution has to be overhauled. It is flawed. The authority of the executive branch has been reduced to the point where a system of checks and balances, essential to power sharing, is almost non-existent.
Aoun's proposal is a first step towards involving all citizens more directly in the affairs of their country.
No Aussie ado, it's not democratic not while half the country is controlled by a sectarian militia pretending to be The Resistance bent on changing the political system into one ruled by Islamic law it sees as "the only fair and just system even in a multiconfetional nation" as ours.
All these sectarian geniuses above suddenly became advocates of democracy and the people's free will. Start by letting the people decide if they want the shia sectarian militia to exist in the first place and when we see that you really respect democracy and the will of people we might consider electing a president by the people.
but it's funny to see you speak to yourself under your different aliases crushiejerrydung, the madhouse is getting closer and closer :)
Not Geagea, but the constituents of the boycotting MP's need to be in the street at Najmi Square demanding that their elected Deputies to Parliament perform their duty to them, to the people, by attending the electoral session and by casting their vote. The vote does not belong to the MP. the MP is casting the vote on behalf of the people whom they represent. It is the people's vote cast by their elected representative.
If the people wish to boycott, then the MPs should boycott. If the people wish to vote, then the MPs should vote and the people should demand this of their officials.
@FT : you're right ! Geagea is no more a doctor than Aoun is a General !
It's time to turn the page and eliminate Geagea and Aoun from the equation. Can you part with Aoun though ?
@Mowaten : Your pathetic attempt to glorify the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon is a joke : "the resistance is made by the people for the people"
Which people are you talking about exactly ? I only see a subset of Shiias in your Glorious Divine Islamic Resistance. No christians, no sunnis. Therefore, this is not a resistance made by the people for the people. It's a resistance made by "some" shiias" for "some shiias".
As you say, Aoun was a General. He's no longer a General yet you call him so ... turn the page. He was also a President / Prime Minister a some point yet you don't call him "Ra'iss" !
gee FC, you really hate shias very badly. makes me wonder which side of the border you were in 2006
I don't hate Shiias, I married one. I don't hate anyone actually. Just the KEZB which is simply unacceptable in it's current state. It's an abomination for any free citizen to co-exist with armed groups which do not enjoy popular support (I know you will BS your way out of this) and terrorise the people who do not support them !
PS: in 2006, I was in Lebanon helping Lebanese (Shia and others) victims of Hassan's mistakes and acts of treason for which he still did not pay !
and lol at that:
"which do not enjoy popular support (I know you will BS your way out of this)"
no need to anything "out of this", you're just making yourself sound like a fool
Agree on the Orthodox law screw up by Geagea. If were given the right to vote for president, I would still vote LF as long as Geagea is not the candidate. He has too much bagage and is too divisive to be able to achieve anything as president. The LF needs someone else at its helm. Time to move forward and live our creed. Lebanon is for the Lebanese and no one else. And no other country should be allowed to tell us what to do.
Our problem is not the constitution or any law that is written into our constitution. Our problem is the emplementation of these laws. There is nothing to stop any armed group or unified sect to trample on any law no matter how just or unjust that law is. Our laws are viewed and abided by on the interests of individual sects and not on the bases of the nation. Our laws are abided by on the interests of individuals and not on the interests of the people. Stop fooling yourselves, we are under the control of HA and Bachaar. They will dictate how, when and the way thinks will happen full stop.
we all would love to see the day when each one of us can vote for our own head of state but to suggest an amendement like this without a president not only would take months to consult, draft discuss agree and finally pass but screams of hypocrisy on aouns part.
he is once again buying for more time until such time as he is crowned caliph of mount Lebanon..
-Democracy is aoun realising he did not have the support to be president by the deadline that was put in place democratically, and as such conceding defeat and doing the honourable thing which is electing apresident within the timeframes..
@mowaten : you seem to be capable of absorbing entire sewers of bull coming from Aoun and Nasrallah. So much so that you cannot face the truth anymore. I pity you !
