منصور يؤكد أن بيان الجامعة لم يُنَاقش خلال الاجتماع: موقفنا ليس مسألة تناغم مع موقف سوريا

أوضح وزير الخارجية عدنان منصور ان الاجتماع التشاوري لوزراء الخارجية العرب مساء السبت في القاهرة الذي بحث تطورات الاوضاع في سوريا قد انتهى بالاتفاق على عدم صدور بيان او الادلاء بأي تصريحات اعلامية عن الرئاسة الحالية للمجلس اوعن الأمانة العامة للجامعة، مشيرً إلى ان البيان الذي اصدرته الامانة لم تتم مناقشته خلال الاجتماع، ولم يكن متفقاً عليه.
وكان وزراء الخارجية العرب اكدوا في بيان صدر في ختام اجتماعهم الطارئ انهم "طلبوا الى الامين العام القيام بمهمة عاجلة الى دمشق برفقة ستة وزراء آخرين ونقل المبادرة العربية لحل الازمة الى القيادة السورية"،ولم يحدد البيان مضمون هذه المبادرة.
وفي المقابل، سجلت سوريا الاحد "تحفظها المطلق" على بيان الوزراء العرب، واعتبرته " كأنه لم يصدر خصوصا انه تضمن في فقراته التمهيدية لغة غير مقبولة وتتعارض مع التوجه العام الذي ساد الاجتماع".
ولفت الوزير منصور، لصحيفة "اللواء"، الى ان الموقف اللبناني ليس مسألة تناغم او انسجام مع الموقف السوري، بدليل ان توضيح وزارة الخارجية لم يشر الى البيان السوري، ولم يكن القصد منه الدخول في انقسام لبنان، او سجال مع احد، وانما كان القصد فقط هو التوضيح بأننا في القاهرة لم نناقش بياناً اصلاً، وهذه حقيقة.
واوضح ان الاجتماع العربي لم يناقش الوضع السوري، والاجتماع كان غرضه مساعدة سوريا للخروج من ازمتها، من دون ان نتدخل في الشأن السوري، لافتاً إلى أن العنوان الرسمي للاجتماع كان حول الوضع العربي بما فيه الوضع في ليبيا وسوريا ولم يكن فقط من أجل سوريا.
وقال أن الاجتماع انتهى قرابة الثانية والدقيقة العاشرة فجر أمس بحسب توقيت بيروت، وغادر الوزراء العرب، وبينهم انا حيث عدت إلى بيروت، لكني فوجئت ببيان الأمانة، فأحببت أن اوضح امراً حصل في الشكل، ومن دون أن يكون لهذا التوضيح علاقة بالموقف السوري.
غير أن معلومات نقلتها صحيفة "اللواء" أفادت أن اتصالات جرت مع الوزير منصور بعيد عودته إلى بيروت أدّت للتراجع عن بيان الجامعة.
