الموفد القطري في جرود عرسال وأهالي العسكريين ينتظرون مفاوضاته

عقد الموفد القطري الخميس مفاوضات مع تنظيمي "جبهة النصرة" و"الدولة الإسلامية" في محاولة جديدة لطلاق سراح العسكريين المخطوفين لديهما، في حين أجل الأهالي تصعيدهم إلى حين بروز نتائج هذه المفاوضات.
وأفادت الوكالة "الوطنية للإعلام" أن "الموفد القطري الى جرود عرسال انطلق من عرسال البلدة عند الساعة الرابعة الا ربعا من بعد ظهر اليوم الى جرودها، التي كان قد وصلها برفقة أمنيين لبنانيين لاستكمال المفاوضات مع الخاطفين".
من جهتها كشفت قناة الـ"LBCI" أن الوفد أتى "بمواكبة ضباط من الامن العام اللبناني ومعهم 6 شاحنات من المساعدات لمخيمات النازحين داخل عرسال".
وقالت مصادر معنية بالملف للقناة عينها "تم اليوم الاعداد لتسلم شروط الخاطفين عبر خطوات عملية قام بها الموفد".
وقالت قناة الـ"MTV" مساء أن الموفد بدأ اجتماعا مع تنظيم "الدولة الإسلامية" بعدما اجتمع مع ممثلي "النصرة".
في هذه الأثناء كان متحدث باسم الأهالي يصرح بعد لقاء مع رئيس الحكومة تمام سلام من أمام السراي "وضعنا دولة الرئيس في أجواء المفاوضات وهو بانتظار عودة الموفد القطري من عرسال"، مستدركا بالقول "لم يعطنا الرئيس سلام أي ضمانات أو معطيات إيجابية".
وتابع المتحدث "أوقفنا التصعيد إلى حين عودة الموفد القطري ويعطينا الرئيس سلام تطمينات وإذا لم يكن هناك أشياء ملموسة سنعود للتصعيد".
وكانت قد نقلت اذاعة "صوت لبنان" (100.5)، صباح الخميس، عن حسين يوسف والد الجندي المخطوف محمد يوسف قوله ان "جبهة النصرة ابلغتنا أن من يعرقل ملف أبنائنا هو اللواء عباس إبراهيم".
وأضاف ان التنظيم ابلغهم بأن وزير الصحة وائل ابو فاعور "هو الوحيد الذي يتابع الملف بجدية".
وأعلن يوسف عبر الاذاعة ان تصعيد اهالي عسكريي عرسال "لن يتوقف عند حرق الإطارات وسنضغط على السياسيين والوزراء بكل الوسائل".
اما رد ابراهيم، فأتى ظهر الاربعاء عبر محطة الـNBN، حيث قال: "نحن ننتظر شروط الخاطفين منذ شهر وهم يرفضون تسليمها إلا عبر الوسيط القطري الذي تأخر".
وأضاف ان "لا مفاوضات من دون شروط وإطار ونحن لن ننجر للابتزاز".
ومساء الاربعاء أقدم الاهالي على اشعال الاطارات في ساحة رياض الصلح بوسط بيروت بعد "التباطؤ" في مفاوضات إطلاق سراحهم.
من الجدير بالذكر ان وزير الصحة وائل أبو فاعور كان يتواصل بشكل كثيف مع اهالي العسكريين في اماكن اعتصاماتهم، وكان ينجح في عدة مرات بثنيهم عن تصعيد خطواتهم واقفال الطرق.
وتحتجز "النصرة" و"الدولة الإسلامية" 27 عسكريا بين جيش وقوى أمن منذ الثاني من آب الفائت عند اقتحام بلدة عرسال. ومنذ حينها تهدد هاتان المجموعتان بالإعدامات يوميا - وهي التي سبقت أن أعدمت علي السيد ومحمد حمية وعباس مدلج - واللافت أنها باتت تربط مؤخرا مصير العسكريين بإجراءات الجيش في المناطق السنية.

eh, for the "refugee encampments", eh right... the qataris just resupplied the kidnappers so they can survive through winter, taking away the best leverage we had on them. how the heck was this allowed to happen!!!??

I agree with Southern, when you are in a position of strength, you don't negotiate. Our army is on the rise, the people are fully standing by the side of the army, the army is wining on every front, let the army make it clear, that if they touch one hair of our soldiers, we shall burn the heads of a 1000 of them. The terrorists speak only one language, that of strength and this is where the army make the break.

Phoenix, your theory is correct: if you're in a position of strength you don't negotiate. But the LAF isn't in a position of strength. They're barely maintaining security, soldiers are getting kidnapped and executed. Nusra and Daesh don't care about the army's strength, they're gonna execute soldiers regardless.
