روحاني لا يزال يامل في التوصل الى اتفاق حول النووي وخامنئي يرفض "إركاع" إيران

دان المحافظون الايرانيون الثلاثاء الطريق المسدود في المفاوضات النووية في فيينا، لكن تمديد المباحثات يسمح للرئيس حسن روحاني بابقاء الامل في التوصل الى اتفاق تاريخي مع الغرب.
وانتقدت الصحف المحافظة "الفشل" او "الطريق المسدود" الذي وجدت ايران والدول العظمى نفسها فيه من دون الاقرار بذلك والمباحثات التي "لم تفض الى شيء". وجددت اتهاماتها للولايات المتحدة العدو التاريخي للجمهورية الاسلامية "اول جهة مسؤولة" عن هذا الوضع.
وسخرت صحيفة "جوان" القريبة من الحرس الثوري من تمديد المفاوضات الذي يمنح "الدبلوماسية النووية سبعة اشهر من التنفس الاصطناعي".
وفي مجلس الشورى ناقش النواب في جلسة صاخبة تمديد المفاوضات وتعليقات روحاني الذي اكد ثقته بالتوصل الى اتفاق شامل.
وينتقد عدد من النواب بانتظام التنازلات الكبيرة التي قدمها على حد قولهم فريق المفاوضين في تشرين الثاني 2013 عندما توصلوا في جنيف الى اتفاق مرحلي مع مجموعة 5+1 (الصين والولايات المتحدة وفرنسا وبريطانيا وروسيا والمانيا).
والاتفاق الذي مدد مساء الاثنين في فيينا حتى صيف 2015 جمد بعض الانشطة النووية الايرانية الحساسة مقابل رفع جزئي للعقوبات الاقتصادية الغربية المفروضة على البلاد.
وقال النائب المحافظ حميد رسايي متوجها الى روحاني "لا احد من منتقديكم الذين يحبون ويدعمون الجمهورية الايرانية سيسر بهزيمتكم" في اشارة الى احتمال فشل المفاوضات الصيف المقبل. واضاف "ان انتقاداتنا تستهدف تفاؤلكم حيال الغرب".
وبات الرئيس هدفا للمعارضين لاتفاق حتى وان كان القرار الاخير لهذه المباحثات يعود للمرشد الاعلى آية الله علي خامنئي الذي له الكلمة الفصل بشأن التوصل الى اتفاق شامل حول النووي.
ويدعم خامنئي علنا روحاني والمفاوضات لكنه يرى في المقابل ان لا جدوى منها. وكالمحافظين يلقي دائما باللوم على الولايات المتحدة.
والثلاثاء اكد هذا الدعم لاسكات المنتقدين.
واكد المرشد الاعلى للجمهورية الاسلامية الايرانية في خطاب في طهران "ان اميركا والدول الاوروبية الاستعمارية حاولت في المجال النووي ان تبذل كل ما بوسعها لتركيع الجمهورية الاسلامية الايرانية لكنها لم ولن تقدر علي ذلك".
وامس دعا روحاني الايرانيين الى دعم مواصلة المباحثات لاعطاء دفع لاقتصاد يعاني من ازمة.
واضاف في كلمة بثها التلفزيون الرسمي ان "هذه الطريقة في المفاوضات ستؤدي الى اتفاق نهائي. وقد تم ردم معظم الفجوات"، في اشارة الى الخلافات التي تمنع تحويل اتفاق انتقالي الى تسوية شاملة.
واكد انه "لا يوجد طريق اخر غير التفاوض لكي لا نتخلى عن برنامجنا النووي ونرفع العقوبات".
وقال في اشارة الى برنامج تخصيب اليورانيوم، احدى النقاط الشائكة في المفاوضات، "طيلة كل هذا الوقت، استمرت اجهزة الطرد المركزي في العمل وأعد الامة الايرانية بانها لن تتوقف عن العمل".
ورد عليه الثلاثاء النائب رسايي "حاليا لا تعمل اجهزة الطرد المركزي ولا المصانع".
وترى صحيفة شرق ان تغييرا كبيرا طرأ وتمثل في "انتصار الواقعية والبرغماتية" وقالت ان ايران "ليست محور الشر كما يتصوره الاميركيون واميركا ليس لها نزاع لا حل له (مع ايران) كما كان يظنه الايرانيون".
وراى المحلل الاقتصادي سعيد ليلاز القريب من الاصلاحيين ان روحاني "يبقى تحت رحمة المنتقدين لكنه الوحيد القادر على التوصل الى اتفاق نووي" مع الغربيين.
ويمثل مبلغ ال700 مليون دولار شهريا الذي ستتلقاه ايران حتى 30 حزيران 2015 مبيعات 300 الف برميل نفط يوميا اي زيادة الصادرات ب30% وفقا للمحلل.
وقال مصدر دبلوماسي غربي في طهران لوكالة فرانس برس ان "روحاني لا يجد نفسه في موقع اضعف او اقوى لقد كسب وقتا". وحذر المصدر من حالة الجمود "التي لا يمكن ان تستمر الى الابد"، لان الشعب الايراني ينتظر تحسن الظروف الاقتصادية.
وصرح هاشمي وهو من سكان طهران لوكالة فرانس برس "هذه المفاوضات ليست مهمة سهلة تاتي بنتائج سريعة".
واضاف "البداية مشجعة وامل في ان نتوصل الى اتفاق".
