قائد الجيش: مشكلة عون ليست معي ولقد اختار العنوان الخطأ لمعركته

ردّ قائد الجيش العماد جان قهوجي على رئيس تكتل "التغيير والإصلاح" النائب ميشال عون ان مسألة التمديد لولايته "شرعية وقانونية"، معتبراً ان الاخير "اختار العنوان الخطأ لمعركته الرئاسية".
ونقل زوار قهوجي عنه، لصحيفة "السفير"، الخميس، قوله ان "البعض مشكلته ليست معي، واختار العنوان الخطأ لمعركته"، مشدداً على ان التمديد الاضطراري السابق لخدمته "شرعي وقانوني استنادا الى المادة 55 من قانون الدفاع".
ومن المرجح أن يتم التمديد لقهوجي الذي تنتهي ولايته في ايلول المقبل، بعد ان كانت قد مُدّدت في ايلول 2013، لسنتين بدل ان يُحال الى التقاعد، غير ان عون يعتبر ان هذا التمديد "غير قانوني" ولقد طالب الثلاثاء بسحب الثقة من وزير الدفاع سمير مقبل على خلفية تمديد ولاية الأمين العام للمجلس الأعلى للدفاع اللواء محمد خير، فرد عليه مقبل مؤكداً حقه "الحصري" في التمديد لاعضاء السلك العسكري.
عليه، افاد الزوار صحيفة "السفير"، ان قهوجي يعتبر ان "هناك مكونات سياسية تمنع تأييد عون للرئاسة وهذه ليست من مسؤوليتي".
واضاف: " أقول للعماد عون، لست أنا من يعرقل أو يمنع وصوله الى الرئاسة، بل سأكون في طليعة مهنئيه إذا انتُخب، وربما سأصل قبله الى قصر بعبدا لتقديم التهنئة له".
واذ اوضح لزواره ان " قائد الجيش، بحكم المركز الذي يشغله، يصبح تلقائيا مرشحاً رئاسياً بديهياً ،" نفى ان يكون قد سعى الى هذا المركز، لافتاً انه "إذا فُتح الموضوع معي، أقاربه كاستحقاق وطني عام، بلا اعتبارات شخصية".
غير انه اشار لزواره الى انه "إن حصل تفاهم على اسمي، فلن أتهرب من تحمل مسؤوليتي الوطنية، كما انني لن أكون معترضا على اختيار أي اسم آخر قد يتم التوافق عليه".
ووفقاً لمعلومات صحيفة " الاخبار"، فإن "وزير الدفاع سمير مقبل ينوي التمديد إدارياً لأكثر من 20 ضابطاً في مواقع مختلفة، غير ان اسم قائد فوج المغاوير العميد الركن شامل روكز (صهر عون والذي تنتهي ولايته في 15 تشرين الثاني المقبل)، ليس من بين الأسماء".
ورأى مصدر في تكتل "التغيير والاصلاح" عبر الصحيفة عينها، انّ "وصول روكز إلى قيادة الجيش، لطالما بقيت ورقة في يد الجنرال، كتعويض عن وصوله إلى رئاسة الجمهورية"، ما دفع التكتل "الى العمل على هذا الموضوع في الأسابيع المقبلة".
وعلى الرغم من انّ أحد المقرّبين من قهوجي يحاول تأمين لقاء بين قائد الجيش وعون "لتعيد وصل ما انقطع" الا ان المحاولات باءت بالفشل، بحسب المصدر.
ومن الجدير بالذكر ان السلك العسكري، تأثر بالفراغ الرئاسي المستمر منذ ايار الفائت، لرفض الرئيس السابق ميشال سليمان تمديد ولايته وفشل النواب في التوافق على رئيس جديد، و لقد بات مهدداً بالشغور اذ ان المدير العام لقوى الأمن الداخلي اللواء ابراهيم بصبوص سيُحال إلى التقاعد في شهر حزيران المقبل، بعد ان كان قد عيّن في آذار 2014.

Sources told al-Akhbar that Aoun aims at pushing Roukoz to head the army if he failed to reach the Baabda Palace.
- Basically what Aoun means: "if I'm not president, then my son-in-law is gonna be commander of the LAF. But if I am president, then my son-in-law will still become commander, because I'll be president and can make anyone my commander..."
How can anyone support such a deranged lunatic and a traitor to all those who supported him? At one point he was so popular, thousands of people formed a human shield around Baabda Palace and Aoun said "I am ready to die on the battlefield of honour rather than surrender. Shame, my post got deleted and why? because I exposed the old man again, because I am never kind with him?
