بري: الاتفاق النووي قد ينعكس ايجاباً على الملف الرئاسي

رأى رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري ان التوصل الى اتفاق نووي بين الدول الكبرى وايران من شأنه ان "يشيع أجواء من الارتياح" خصوصاً على لبنان.
فقد نقلت صحيفة "المستقبل"، الاثنين، عن زوار بري انه لفت امامهم الى ان التوصل الى اتفاق نووي في ختام الشهر الجاري "لا بدّ أن يشيع أجواء ارتياح في المنطقة عموماً، بما في ذلك في لبنان، الذي يشكل أرضاً خصبة للحلول والتسويات".
واعتبر بري، وفق زواره، ان إقرار هذا الاتفاق "يمثّل فرصة ومناخاً يساعد على انتخاب رئيس للجمهورية، كما ينعكس إيجاباً على الحوار الداخلي".
ويعيش لبنان فراغاً رئاسياً بعد ان رفض الرئيس السابق ميشال سليمان تمديد ولايه منذ ايار الفائت وفشل النواب بالتوافق على رئيس.
وتجرى مفاوضات في لوزان السويسرية بين ايران والقوى الكبرى في محاولة للوصول الى اتفاق حول النووي، الا ان الامر لم يحصل حتى الساعة. ويعوّل على هذا الاتفاق نظراً لدور ايران المؤثر على فريق الثامن من آذار وبالاخص حزب الله.

In other words, Berri is openly acknowledging that Iran is behind the presidential deadlock. The Nuke deal is between Iran and the USA not between Saudi Arabia and the USA. So, if Iran gets the sanctions lifted, etc. it will INSTRUCT its proxies in Lebanon to reach a compromise on a President. It could not be any clearer.

Please Mr Berri tell us when did lebanon become a suburb in Iran I and the rest of the lebanese thought we had a republic and a government elected by lebanese or have we been sold to the Iranians .

FT. The man is saying that if Iran gets their affairs in order then it clears the way for a Lebanese president can you please explain to me what the Hell has Irans affairs have got to do with Lebanon or are you to stupid to comprehend .

Mr. Berri should be ashamed of making such a public statement, as if we needed more of this ranting chorus. The fact that a procedure as simple as electing a new president still depends on outsiders deciding for us means that we are still living in an exponential state of shame and parody. The day that we Lebanese could influence who gets elected in Tehran masalan would be the day when we marked a point of true existence in this globe. Mr. Berri just reminded us that we are still bathing in murky and muddy waters, shame.
