انطلاق خطة بيروت والضاحية وسط "اجراءات امنية مكثفة"

تتكثف الاجراءات الامنية في بيروت والضاحية الجنوبية حيث انطلقت الخطة الامنية "بحزم" الثلاثاء، وذلك "تحت غطاء سياسي من حزب الله وحركة امل".
فقد أفادت "الوكالة الوطنية للاعلام"، الثلاثاء، عن انطلاق الخطة الأمنية في منطقة الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت، في ظل ارتياح شعبي عام وحركة مرور عادية.
وقد أقامت القوى الأمنية عددا من الحواجز في الشوارع الرئيسية والفرعية.
وظهر الثلاثاء أصدرت قيادة الجيش بياناً، أعلنت فيه انه "في إطار ترسيخ الأمن والاستقرار في العاصمة بيروت وضواحيها، ومكافحة الجرائم المنظمة وملاحقة المشبوهين والمطلوبين الى العدالة، باشرت وحدات من الجيش بالإشتراك مع وحدات من قوى الأمن الداخلي والأمن العام، بتنفيذ خطة أمنية واسعة".
ولفت الى ان العملية "تستمر لعدة أيام، على أن تشمل الإجراءات المنفذة، إقامة حواجز ثابتة وظرفية مكثفة، وتفتيش السيارات والتدقيق في هوية العابرين، وتسيير دوريات مؤللة وراجلة في الطرقات الرئيسة والداخلية".
كما نفذت الوحدات وفق البيان "عمليات دهم بحثاً عن المطلوبين والمشتبه بهم ولضبط الممنوعات على اختلاف أنواعها".
ودعت قيادة الجيش في بيانها المواطنين إلى "التجاوب التام مع هذه الإجراءات، حفاظاً على سلامتهم وتسهيلاً لممارسة أعمالهم اليومية، كما تدعوهم إلى الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي حالة مشبوهة، أو حادث أمني يتعرضون له".
يشار الى ان الخطة الامنية، وبحسب المعلومات الصحافية، كانت قد نوقشت في الحوار الدائر بين تيار المستقبل وحزب الله منذ 23 كانون الاول الفائت، الذي يُعقد برعاية رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري في عين التينة وذلك بهدف تخفيف "الاحتقان السني – الشيعي". وكان قد وضع الطرفان في اللقاء السادس بينهما "استراتيجية وطنية لمكافحة الإرهاب".
وفي السياق كانت قد نقلت صحيفة "الديار" عن مصادر امنية قولها ان "عملية الانتشار لوحدات من الامن الداخلي والجيش في بيروت والضاحية الجنوبية سيكون هذه المرة اوسع واكبر". ( مقارنةً بالخطة التي نُفّذت في البقاع منذ مطلع شباط).
ولفتت الى انه ستتم "ملاحقة المخلين بالامن على اختلاف انواعهم بخاصة في قضايا المخدرات والملاحقين بمذكرات توقيف قضائية".
من هنا، اعتبرت المصادر ان "الدور الاكبر سيكون لقوى الامن الداخلي في حين سيكون هناك تواجد للجيش للمؤازرة اذا اقتضت الحاجة".
واوضحت مصادر "الديار" الى "عدم وجود عوائق سياسية امام القوى الامنية للقيام بما هو مطلوب من هذه الاجراءات" (في اشارة الى حزب الله وحركة امل).
وافادت المعلومات الصحافية في آذار الفائت ان "حزب الله" أبلغ المعنيين بأنه لم يعد بمقدوره تحمّل "تداعيات الانفلاش المسلح" في برج البراجنة في الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت، في وقت باشرت فيه وزارة الداخلية بالتحضيرات اللوجستية لتنفيذ الخطة الامنية في المحلة.

Sorry if I offended your allegiances there FT and mystic. I guess the plan is a good start - it removes most of the competition so that the proceits from the real deal continue to fund Narco-terrorosism. We know that the army regularly accesses other areas going after drug dealers and extremists. That's a given, so I'm not sure where mustaqbal can be blamed here FT?

As long as prior approvals are necessary, then it is just a formality for propaganda. Lets see if the security forces will be able to investigate an explosion or major incident without HA operatives modify the crime seen prior to allowing ISF to investigate. M14 looks forward to the State taking control of the Airport and Sea ports away from HA.

A similar plan was adopted by the government in 2014 and implemented in the northern city of Tripoli.
Still showing good faith in our army as a good citizen, I would still hope that the same zeal be given to Dahyeh as the one in Tripoli and other areas of Lebanon, failure to which shall bring about a serious dent to the integrity of the army.
