بري يرفض طلب إدراج قانون الانتخاب "بندا أخيرا" في الجلسة ولم يقترح الا تشكيل لجنة لدراسته

رفض رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري اقتراح حزب "القوات" اللبنانية والتيار "الوطني الحر" بإدراج مشروع قانون الانتخاب "بندا أخيرا" على جدول أعمال جلسة غد التشريعية، و لم يقترح الا تشكيل لجنة تدرس هذا المشروع، الأمر الذي لم يلق تجاوبا من قبل الكتل المسيحية الثلاث.
و قالت مصادر تعمل على خط الوساطة بين بري والطرفين القواتي والعوني لصحيفة "المستقبل" الاربعاء أن "رئيس المجلس النيابي يرفض تقديم التزام زمني أو وعد مسبق يتعلق بطرح مشروع قانون الانتخابات النيابية على الجلسة المقبلة للهيئة العامة".
وأشارت الى أن أقصى ما وافق عليه بري هو الإعلان في جلسة الغد التشريعية عن "تشكيل لجنة لدرس مشروع قانون الانتخاب مع إمكانية إعطائها مهلة زمنية محددة لإنهاء مهمتها".
وفي التفاصيل، اقترح بري على نائبي"المستقبل" والوزير بطرس حرب تشكيل لجنة من خمسة أطراف سياسيين رئيسيين أو أكثر تُكلف التوصل إلى قانون انتخابي في مهلة شهر أو شهرين، وإذا أخفقت يُحال الموضوع مجدداً على اللجان المشتركة، لأنه وبالنسبة لبري لا يُعقل أن يعرض على الهيئة العامة نحو 17 مشروع قانون للتصويت.
وعندما نقل النائب أحمد فتفت هذا الإقتراح إلى النائب في "القوات" اللبنانية جورج عدوان، كان الجواب "أعوذ بالله... وهل أنت مقتنع بذلك؟".
كما كشفت مصادر نيابية أنّ النائبين ابراهيم كنعان وجورج عدوان طرحا على بري مخرجاً يقضي بإدراج قانون الانتخابات "بنداً أخيراً" على جدول أعمال جلسة الغد على أن يُصار إلى إرجاء البحث به إلى الجلسة اللاحقة.
الا أن بري ووفقا للمصادر رفضت الأمر ، باعتبار أنه إذا أدرج على هذه الصيغة وبات بنداً محالاً للنقاش في أول الجلسة التشريعية المقبلة، عندها في حال عدم التوافق عليه خلال هذه الجلسة فسيؤدي ذلك إلى تعليق العمل التشريعي برمته في الهيئة العامة بانتظار إقرار هذا البند.

this electoral law is a transitional path to civil government that we all want, we feel ashamed in 2015 to count how many muslim n christian! so ignorant!!! look Canada with their Trudeau where they have reached!!!!

well Lebanese level is much more higher than Canada FYI we are the country of poets, fine arts, .. few are ruing us filled our streets with garbage only the fair electoral law would ruin them !! so this fight now is for Lebanon the poet!!! I don't mind who leads for this goal el Hakim or GMA will follow him

@dutch There's a difference between national pride and dillusios. if we keep saying we the best and such then we will barely have a hunger to improve. we have no nationalism in Lebanon considering how all our parties are based along sectarian lines. admiting our flaws and taking the responsibility ourselfs instead of blaming foreign nations is the first step. why do we blame outside nations if we the lebanese are sooo willing to do their bidding?

correction disllusion*. if someone keeps saying he has the best house then he won't have hunger to do home renovations. if someone says he has the highest level job again he won't improve. lets accept reality and realize to what lows we have allowed our country to reach and take responsibility for ourselves and start towards fixing it in a true nationalist way

"lebanese level is MUCH higher than Canada". saying we have much higher level than one of the best countries in quality of life is saying we the best. this isn't national pride it's crazy denial lol. and why are you offended? you disagree that we need to work on ourselves and our beloved country??? pfffff
