إرسلان: النسبية هي التي تؤمن عدالة التمثيل للدروز لا الستين

نفى الوزير طلال ارسلان أن يكون قانون الستين يحقق عدالة التمثيل في نواب الدروز، معتبرا ان النسبية هي التي تحققها.
وقال ارسلان بعد لقائه رئيس الجمهورية ميشال عون في بعبدا "قانون الستين درزيا لا يحقق قطعيا عدالة التمثيل في نواب الدروز".
وأوضح أن "قانون الستين يؤمن نائبين فقط للدروز من دون أي تحالفات، فيما القانون النسبي يؤمّن 8 نواب من دون التحالفات".
وأكد إرسلان "ان النسبية هي التي تحقق عدالة وصحة التمثيل والحوار يكون على شكل الدوائر التي تطمئن كل الفئات في البلد".
يشار الى ان موقف ارسلان يأتي خلافا لما يقوله "اللقاء الديمقراطي" النائب وليد جنبلاط الذي يعتبر أن النسبية تهمش مكونا اساسيا في لبنان وهي طائفة الموحدين الدروز.
واقترح جنبلاط إقرار قانون الستين مع تعديلات عليه لاسيما أنه يرفض صيغة المختلط التي طرحتها اللجنة الرباعية.

The one and only fair law is : disconnect religion from politic, political parties should stand for political topics ( education,justice,foreign affairs, economy,social issues ,health etc....) people should choose based on political program and not based on religion flag.
May be next century ( if Lebanon as a state still exists), few generations from now, Lebanese will understand the meaning of equal rights in democracy.

Talal does the math in a fuzzy way
the proportional law being pushed is not a good one - it gives other parties what they couldn't have and take away from others. It is a scam at best dressed in non smoke screens of non sectarian objectives WHICH is the furthest from the truth.
The 1960 remains the least of the 2 evils ..
