جنبلاط: القانون الانتخابي المقترح يلغي الشراكة الاسلامية المسيحية

رأى رئيس الحزب التقدمي الاشتراكي النائب وليد جنبلاط ان القانون الانتخابي المقترح يلغي الشراكة الاسلامية المسيحية.
وكتب جنبلاط في تغريدة على تويتر صباح الثلاثاء "القانون الانتخابي المقترح يلغي الشراكة المسيحية الاسلامية من ميثاق ١٩٤٣الى اتفاق اللطائف".
يشار الى ان آخر القوانين الانتخابية اقترحت على لسان وزير الخارجية جبران باسيل الذي قدم مشروع قانون انتخاب يقوم على تقسيم الدوائر بين الاكثري والنسبي على ان تتم العملية الانتخابية في الاكثري على اساس القانون الاورثوذكسي الذي يقول بان تنتخب كل اطئفة نوابها.
ويعتبر باسيل ان هذا القانون يمهد الطريق لانشاء مجلس الشيوخ يكون رئيسه مسيحي غير ماروني. الا أن باسيل قدم عرضا جديدا امس الاثنين يقول باجراء الانتخابات النيابية وفقا للنسبي مع انشاء مجلس شيوخ على أساس الاورثوذكسي.
ولا يحظى مشروع باسيل الانتخابي بموافقة حزب الله الذي زار وفدا منه الاحد قصر بعبدا للقاء رئيس الجمهورية ميشال عون بحضور باسيل، وتقديم ملاحظات عليها.
وبحسب تقارير إن حزب الله قدم 7 خيارات للنسبية التي يتمسك بإقرارها.
اما رئيس حزب "القوات" سمير جعجع فأعلن موافقته على صيغة باسيل الاخيرة، مجددا أكثر من مرة رفضه للنسبية الكاملة التي يصر عليها حزب الله.

Politics based on religion is the definition of insanity but the ruling political class in Lebanon have learned nothing since 1974. Dividing the people and turning them against one another is how they continue to line their pockets with money while the Lebanese citizen suffers. in order to achieve this you'll need to find a national coalition similar to Beirut Madinati which comprises unknown yet competent individuals of each sect. that would work. but remember that many of these warlords give jobs to some of their people, that's how they manage to retain power and prevent any usurpation of their their authority.

Jumblat: Proposed Law Format Annuls Muslim-Christian Partnership
no it does not and jumblatt knows it. Any election law will have equal number of Christian-Muslim MPs. What Jumblatt is afraid of is that his party and dominance over the druze community will dwindle to 5 MPs under proportional representation.
Proportional representation however is a law devised to enable hezbollah to control parliament, change the constitution, and establish an islamic iranian state.
