قاسم يحذر من "المال الانتخابي" ويدعو الى حوار وطني جامع

أكد نائب الامين العام لـ"حزب الله" الشيخ نعيم قاسم أنه "لا معنى لحوار لا يشمل كل الاطراف"، مشيرا إلى أن الحوار الذي يدعو اليه هو "حوار مع كل من يقبل ان يتحاور معنا، كائناً من كان".
وقال قاسم في حديث لصحيفة "النهار" الأربعاء أن "لا سلاح انتخابيا، وانما هناك المال الانتخابي، وبالتالي من حقنا ان نتحدث عن خطورة المال الانتخابي المتوقع".
وكرر أن "سلاح المقاومة في مواجهة اسرائيل" وان "حزب الله مع اجراء الانتخابات في موعدها ولا مبرر لتأجيلها".
وفي الحديث عن النسبية، صرح قاسم "نحن سندافع عن هذا الطرح ونناقشه مع الاطراف المختلفة ونعرضه امام الرأي العام ليحمي اصوات الناخبين بشكل عادل".
وفي الوقت نفسه، أكد "نحن منفتحون على نقاش تفصيلي مع القوى التي تقبل النسبية بأشكال اخرى او ترفضها، للتوصل من خلال النقاش الى نظام انتخابي يكون اقرب الى العدالة".
كما أشار قاسم إلى ان "كل ما سمعناه هو ربط النسبية بأمور لا علاقة لها بقانون الانتخاب، فتارة نسمع انها لا تتوافق ولا تنجح مع السلاح، ولولا السلاح لقبلوا بها. وهذا امر محير، واذا كان المقصود ان السلاح سيرغم الناس على اختيار المرشحين فهذا الامر ينسحب على كل قوانين الانتخاب، في الوقت الذي اثبتت فيه التجربة عدم حضور السلاح لا من المقاومة ولا من غيرها في انتخابات 2009".
والجدل قائم حاليا بين الافرقاء السياسيين حول قانون الانتخابات الذي سيعتمد في انتخابات 2013، فأن رئيسي الجمهورية ميشال سليمان ومجلس النواب نبيه بري يدعمان اعتماد قانون النسبية في انتخابات الـ2013 الامر الذي يرفضه كل من رئيسي الحكومة السابق سعد الحريري و"جبهة النضال الوطني" النائب وليد جنبلاط.

As far as the dialogue concern: Talk to your proxy Mr Clauon as bneing the one who jeopardized the dialogue...However, for constructive dialogue to take place again, you must work with the rest of the Lebanese parties and Gov. to execute what you have all agreed on before you arrived to the bottle neck of the Defense Strategy..

Well here it comes, Hezbollah wants the other parties to come and "dialogue' with the barrel of its gun. We all know what that means, don't we? Hezbollah wants what it wants. "Consensus" means that everyone agrees to what Hezbollah wants -- oh, and never mind this gun that I have pointed at your head, it doesn't mean anything, but you do want what we want, right? Oh happy day, Consensus reached Hezbollahstan-style.
Already the rumblings of holding the elections hostage to Hezbollah's will. The people must either give in, or forget about elections in 2013. Hopefully by then, Assad will be gone and Hezbollah's negotiating "tools" will be obsolete.

Hezb does not need to buy votes, they buy people throughout the year..... all services in their areas are provided by Hezb(courtesy of Iran) and if a woman dresses according to the code she gets paid as well, and if men enroll to fight the Zionists (which include M14 civilians) they get paid as well. Assuming that what mowaten IRANI said about what Future and LF did is true, his party wouldn't have been shot at if they didn't possess illegal weapons that they used to kill Lebanese citizen with in the first place. This tired BS argument they are making like a broken record is old, empty and inexcusable. Their Party of God, aka "Party of Lies and Intimidation" promised that no matter what happens it would NEVER use these weapons for ANY internal conflict. They broke that promise and no excuse in the world can forgive that! They will use those same weapons in the same way to silence us again but first they have to ignite strife to have an excuse to commit murder! THUGS!
