تقارير: التقنيات المستعملة في محاولة اغتيال حرب جديدة ومتطورة

اشارت مراجع أمنية الى أن التقنيات والوسائل التي استعملت في محاولة اغتيال النائب بطرس حرب، متطورة وجديدة ولم تستخدم في اي جريمة اخرى الى اليوم، ما يجعل العملية جدية ومتقنة.
وكشفت المراجع لصحيفة "الجمهورية" ان ما تم تفكيكه في مصعد المبنى من تجهيزات كانت تشكّل بداية تحضير العبوة التي لا يمكن تقدير قوتها إلّا بعد دراسة متقنة لقدرة المصعد على التحمل، بما يؤدي الى مقتل الرجل المستهدف بكمية قليلة من المتفجرات".
وتابعت ان العبوة "يمكن زرعها في جوانب من المصعد لا يمكن لأحد اكتشافها لولا العناية الإلهية التي جعلت التزامن قائماً بين منفّذي العملية وسكّان المبنى".
وأكدت المراجع لـ"السفير" أن ما اكتشف في المبنى شكل بداية تحضير للعملية ليؤدي تنفيذها في ظروف يمكن اعتبارها عادية أو أنّها جرت نتيجة احتكاك كهربائي أو أيّ عطل طارئ كان يمكن أن يصيب المصعد، وهو أمر يحتاج الى الكثير من التقنيات والقدرة على المراقبة لتصويب الانفجار باتجاه الرجل المقصود وتنفيذها في أدق الظروف.
وكشفت ان "التحقيقات في مثل هذه العملية المعقّدة ستأخذ وقتها، والحصول على رزمة من البصمات مهمّ جدّاً، لكنّ استخدام عناصر جديدة في العملية سيؤدّي الى المزيد من التعقيدات".
وعما اذا كان المنفذون قد توجهوا الى الضاحية، قالت مصادر لـ"السفير" ان "وضع اليد على مجموعة من الكاميرات في المنطقة سيحدّد بالتأكيد الطريق التي سلكها الجناة بشكل لا يقبل الجدل، خصوصاً أن المنطقة خاضعة لمجموعة من الكاميرات التي ترصد كل شبر من الطريق المؤدية الى المبنى المستهدف".
وتعرض النائب بطرس حرب لمحاولة اغتيال، الخميس، عبر زرع 3 اشخاص، عبوة ناسفة داخل مصعد المبنى الذي يقع فيه مكتبه في سامي الصلح، وقد تمكن اثنان من الهرب، والقاء القبض على الثالث من قبل سكان المبنى الذي افلت فيما بعد اثر ادعاء شخص مسلح انه من المخابرات واخذ المتهم وفرا الى جهة مجهولة.
الى ذلك، كشفت مصادر قريبة من حرب لـ"السفير" انه سبق له ان تلقى تحذيرات، ومنذ ذلك الحين حد من تحركاته وبدل في جدول تنقلاته ومواقيت حضوره الى المكتب بحيث بدأ ياتي الى مكتبه بطريقة غير منتظمة بعكس ما كان يحصل سابقاً.
وشدد النائب حرب في حديث الى "السفير" الى ان القضية "لا تتعلق بأمن بطرس حرب، بل هي تتعلق بأمن كل اللبنانيين، وانني احمل الحكومة المسؤولية والتبعات بسبب الامن الفالت والسلاح المتفشي، كما انني لا اتهم احداً معيناً، بل انتظر نتيجة التحقيق احتراماً مني للعدالة والقضاء".
وقال مرجع امني لـ"السفير" أنه تم امساك بعض الخيوط، ونحن نعمل عليها، "فهناك شهود عيان تعرفوا الى احد المشاركين بالإضافة الى ان الجناة خلفوا وراءهم مواد بوشر بفحصها والتدقيق فيها".
وأشارت صحيفة "الحياة"، ان القضاء احال التحقيق بالعملية على فرع المعلومات في قوى الأمن الداخلي. وتفقد المدير العام لقوى الأمن اللواء أشرف ريفي مسرح المحاولة للإطلاع على التحقيقات الأولية التي ما زال بعض تفاصيلها قيد المتابعة.

Souri I hope that the new regime will have the absolute fullest respect for Lebanon's independence and sovereignty otherwise we will be back to square one with you country. The signals that I'm getting from the opposition movement vis-a-vis this issue have not been fully encouraging. Three guys in the building, at least two cars (one BMW X5) with two men in each.Probably like a 10 men team operating like in the Geagea assasination attempt. New technology used. Sounds like a professional operation. The usual rants about Israel might occur, but no doubt the Syria/Hezbollah alliance will be the prime suspect. In the tire burning operation at al.jdeid they might claim loss of control over their sympathisers in the street, but the Harb-operation is to sophisticated to explain in that way.

It is not Hizb directly but I am 100% sure that the data of all these anti-Syrian political figures is presented by the followers of the armed militia. The executors are Syrian backed militias (PSP, Baath and Jibrin gang), It is not coincident at all for Harb and Ja3Ja3 same as the rest of the M14 to be assassinated.
