القضاء الاميركي يغرم ايران 813 مليون دولار عن اعتداء 1983 في لبنان

حكم قاض فدرالي في واشنطن على ايران بان تدفع اكثر من 813 مليون دولار تعويضات لاسر ضحايا الاعتداء الذي وقع العام 1983 في لبنان واسفر عن مقتل 241 جندياً اميركياً، وفق ما اوردت وثيقة قضائية الجمعة.
وكتب القاضي رويس لامبرت في حكمه الصادر الثلاثاء "بعد هذا القرار، تكون المحكمة قد دانت ايران باكثر من 8.8 مليارات دولار في احكام تتصل باعتداء 1983 في بيروت".
واضاف ان "ايران تسجل درجة مرتفعة في دعمها للارهاب"، لافتاً الى ان "عدداً من القضايا الاخرى التي تتصل باعتداء بيروت لا تزال تنتظر وانهاؤها سيزيد حتما هذا المبلغ".
وفي 23 تشرين الاول 1983، قتل 241 جندياً اميركياً بينهم 220 من عناصر المارينز في بيروت بتفجير شاحنة مفخخة استهدفت المقر العام للقوات الاميركية قرب مطار العاصمة اللبنانية.
ونسب الاعتداء الى حزب الله المتحالف مع ايران.
وفي اليوم نفسه، قتل 58 من المظليين الفرنسيين في اعتداء مماثل في بيروت.
واكد القاضي لامبرت في قراره ان "اي مبلغ، حتى لو كان بمليارات الدولارات، لا يمكنه ان يعوض الخسائر البشرية الكثيرة الناتجة من اعمال ايران الجبانة".
وهذا الحكم الجديد يضاف الى سبعة احكام سابقة كان اخرها في السابع من ايلول 2007 وقضى بتغريم ايران 2.65 مليار دولار بموجب القانون الاميركي الذي يتيح معاقبة الدول الاجنبية.
واشادت محكة واشنطن بـ"مثابرة اصحاب الشكوى لمحاسبة ايران على دعمها الجبان للارهاب"، مشددة على "وجوب فرض اقصى عقوبة على ايران عن اعتداء 1983 في بيروت. فهذا العمل الرهيب طاول عددا كبيرا من الافراد والعائلات".

Lebanese courts can sue the criminal US government for financing Israeli invasion of Lebanon. But, it will not get a penny and neither will the US get a penny from Iran. KSA wasn't behind 9/11. Bin Laden is a Yemenite with Saudi passport... I don't think the king or government supported the terrorist attacks dating negatively impacted the entire Arab and Muslim world. Iran however was directly behind the 83 bombings... This judgemen is meaningless if there is no way to collect. So Iran has been fined a large amount of money. I would like to know how the US Gov. intends to collect the debt. I will bet you my beer money Iran will never pay one dime and will keep on about their terrorist ways.
