طالبت هيئة الدفاع عن ورثة الشيخين احمد عبد الواحد ومحمد مرعب رئيسي الجمهورية ميشال سليمان والحكومة نجيب ميقاتي بالدعوة الى عقد جلسة طارئة لمجلس الوزراء من اجل تحويل القضية الى المجلس العدلي.
وعقدت الهيئة، مؤتمرا صحافيا في بلدة البيرة - عكار، اليوم الاربعاء، حيث القى شقيق الشيخ عبد الواحد، علاء عبد الواحد، كلمة طالب فيها بإعادة فتح قضية الشيخين، داعيا القاضي الذي افرج عن الضباط والعسكريين الى تسطير مذكرات جلب في حق عدد من الضباط السوريين بعد الوثائق التي عرضت على قناة "العربية" والتي تظهر من وراء عملية مقتل الشيخين واحالتهم على القضاء المختص.
وطالب عبدالواحد، سليمان وميقاتي بالدعوة الى عقد جلسة طارئة لمجلس الوزراء من اجل تحويل القضية الى المجلس العدلي و"الا فسنعتبرها متواطئة، والاشرف لها الاستقالة".
وحذر من تحركات واسعة سيتم البدء بها بالتنسيق مع تيار "المستقبل" وفريق 14 اذار.
وكشفت حلقة جديدة من سلسلة الوثائق السورية المسربة بثتها "العربية الحدث"، امس الثلاثاء، حقيقة اغتيال الشيخ أحمد عبدالواحد في الكويخات.
وتظهر الوثيقة المؤرخة في الخامس من نيسان 2012 أمراً مباشراً مرسلاً من مدير مكتب الأمن في المخابرات الخارجية السورية بسام مرهج لرئيس فرع العمليات في نفس الجهاز حسن عبدالرحمن، بتنفيذ الأوامر التالية في ما يطلقون عليه في الوثائق "القطر اللبناني".
وقتل الشيخين في 20 ايار بالرصاص على حاجز للجيش اللبناني في الكويخات في عكار ما ادى الى حركة احتجاجية شملت مختلف المناطق اللبنانية.
