عون: لا أوافق على تغيير الحكومة ويجب محاكمة صقر وطلب الداتا لن يمر

أعلن رئيس تكتل "التغيير والإصلاح" النائب ميشال عون ان طلب الأجزة الأمنية لداتا الرسائل الهاتفية "لن يمر" مطالبا بمحاكمة نواب تيار "المستقبل" الذين يدعمون المعارضة السورية.
وقال عون بعد اجتماع التكتل من الرابية عصر الثلاثاء "فرع المعلومات رفع السقف ليصبح كل شيء في خانة الإبتزاز لذلك رفضت الهيئة القضائية الأمر وكذلك وزيري العدل والإتصالات وهذا الموضوع لن يمر ومجلس الوزراء لا يقدر على تحمل المخالفات الدستورية ونحن لا نقبل التدخل بخصوصيات المواطنين".
ويأتي طلب الشعبة بعد معلومات عن أن منفذ اغتيال رئيسها السابق اللواء وسام الحسن في التاسع عشر من تشرين الأول الفائت كان محترفا ولم يستعمل الهاتف بل ربما قد يكون لجأ إلى الرسائل ومواقع التواصل على الإنترنت.
وتابع عون "بحثنا فتح فروع لمجلس النواب في البيوت وهذه التجارة غير قانونية وغير شرعية ولن نفتح هذه الفروع" وذلك ردا على طلب 14 آذار اجتماعات للجان في منازل أحد قيادييها خوفا من الخطر الأمني.
كما شدد على أن "ما حدث من مقاطعة ولسنا مستعدين للقبول بأي انقلاب على المجلس ومن يريد أي اقتراح فليعمله" موضحا أنه "سنصم آذاننا إلا في داخل المجلس".
وعن التسجيلات التي بثت لعضو كتلة "المستقبل" النائب عقاب صقر الذي أقر بتزويده المعارضة السورية بالسلاح قال عون "طالبنا بخروج القوى الغريبة عن الأراضي اللبنانية وأجروا التحقيق وحولوني إلى المحكمة لكن اليوم لدينا صقر من الصقور يفتخر بالتسليح هو وزملائه وأنا أعتقد أن على الحكومة والمجلس مسؤوليات كبيرة وأنا كعضو لا يمكن أن أتحمل هذا الأمر".
وأضاف "هذه المعارضة "البلوطة" هي التي طلبت محاكمتي سابقا وهي فتحت "باجوقها" ولكن لم ننس أعمالهم ولسنا مجبورون على "تغطيسنا" بأعمال إقليمية".
وعليه رأى عون أن "هذا الأمر يتطلب إجراءات قضائية ضد النواب لأنهم يرتكبون جناية".
وجدد عون عدم الحاجة إلى الحوار لأن "(أمين عام تيار المستقبل) أحمد الحريري يقول لا نحاور إلا بعد سقوط النظام السوري وتبين أن رئيس التجمع وأحد النواب فاعلان في الأحداث السورية وجزء منها وقرارهما أصبح خارج البلاد وفي لبنان أبواق تردد أصوات معلميها وهذا سبب آخر كي لا نتعاطى معهم لأنهم "مربّطون".
وبعد موافقة رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري على تغيير الحكومة رفض عون الأمر وسأل "هل نضع أرجلنا في الهواء ونقدم استقالة الحكومة لتشكيل أخرى في هذه الأوضاع في حين اننا في الأوضاع العادية لا نستطيع تشكيل حكومة جديدة؟" مضيفا "إذا كان هناك قانون تتغير أما بغير القانون فلا تتغير" الحكومة.
هذا وتوجه عون إلى رئيس حزب "القوات اللبنانية" سمير جعجع قائلت "الكذب حبله قصير وقلت لي أن آتي بحلفائي لأصوت على اللقاء الأورثذكسي وأتيت بهم فهل أنت قادر على جلب حلفائك أو أنها كذبة بالناقص أو بالزائد لا تؤثر؟".
وشرح أن "هناك "أولاد" معوقون كثر لا يعرفون مصلحة المسيحيين ومن ينتخب نوابهم" متابعا "الصوت المسيحي بحاجة للآخر ولكن "الغشيم" لا يفهم هذه القاعدة البسيطة".

For a moment there I was sure Aoun was saying to punish Saqr for involving himself in the Syria conflict, I'm sure it was a large typo, he really was praising them, just like how he praised hizb for going into syria. One, he called for a trial on Saqr, not the imprisonment, so that ultimately implies that he is innocent until PROVEN guilty. Two, regardless of the Samaha case, Saqr was caught red-handed dealing with the Syrian rebels and talking about weapons dealing. To discharge him of that is like saying talking about killing somebody isn't a crime - illogic.
Further, while most of us suspect that Hezb is involved in Syria, there is no documented evidence of their involvement as you claim. We only have the word of rebels that happen to hate Hezb for their support of Assad.

When it is mere suspicion and no clear-cut evidence (as is the case with the alleged Hezb involvement in Syria), unfortunately that does not require a trial under international law.

All I said was that there is no strong documented elements, and the article you provided that I haev already read does raise suspicion, but it is not considered "documented" evidence. There is no video or audio tape clearly showing Hezb fighters actively involved in the fighting in Syria. Does that mean they are not involved? No, I never said they are not. I was simply refuting the claim that there is documented evidence of such.

As for what "Hasoon" said, what he said does not qualify as an admission of an official party involvement in Syria. All he actually said was there are residents living in border areas and defending their village outside of the Party's control. Now unless you interpret that in order to fit you pre-determined beliefs, that statement is not an admission of Hezb involvement in Syria (even though I believe they are involved).
