الادعاء على محمود الحايك بجرم محاولة قتل النائب بطرس حرب

ادعى مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر، على محمود الحايك في جرم محاولة قتل النائب بطرس حرب في مكتبه في بدارو في تموز الماضي.
وظهر الجمعة، ادعى صقر على الحايك في جرم محاولة قتل حرب والقيام بأعمال ارهابية سندا الى مادة في قانون العقوبات وهي تنص على الاعدام.
وأحال الادعاء الى قاضي التحقيق العسكري الاول رياض ابو غيدا.
وتعرض النائب بطرس حرب لمحاولة اغتيال، تموز الماضي، عبر زرع 3 اشخاص، عبوة ناسفة داخل مصعد المبنى الذي يقع فيه مكتبه في سامي الصلح، وقد تمكن اثنان من الهرب، والقاء القبض على الثالث من قبل سكان المبنى الذي افلت فيما بعد اثر ادعاء شخص مسلح انه من المخابرات واخذ المتهم وفرا الى جهة مجهولة.

HA has been implicated in many assassination attempts as well as bombings, extortion and other crimes, but since it believes it is the 'resistance', it doesn't believe it should be charged with any crime.
If he is innocent, have him turn himself in and let the courts decide, otherwise stfu about your conspiracy theories. INSISTING VERY LOUDLY isn't proof.

They have been trying to turn Lebanon, Palestina and Syria to iranian satellite states for 31 years now. They will not tolerate anyone who has an opinion different to theirs and they do not accept the idea of a free human being who lives without the chains of religion. If you do not believe me I encourage you to visit Tehran and go see for yourselves. I dare whoever to try and insult the Khomeini in iran...you will literally be killed on the spot. I'm not saying that Saudi is any better....it's actually worse ...but the difference is that Hezbolla acts first and foremost in the interests of Iran and their spiritual leaders.
