الجمهوريون ينتقدون خطاب اوباما حول القاعدة وغوانتانامو

انتقد الجمهوريون في الكونغرس الاميركي الخميس ما اعلنه الرئيس باراك اوباما في شان استراتيجية مكافحة الارهاب، وخصوصا محاولته الجديدة اغلاق معتقل غوانتانامو.
وقال السناتور الجمهوري جون ماكين في مؤتمر صحافي "لا نزال نجد انفسنا في نزاع طويل وصعب مع القاعدة"، معتبرا ان ما اعلنه اوباما يعكس "درجة لا تصدق من انعدام الواقعية".
واضاف ماكين ان "القاعدة تنمو في كل مكان، في الشرق الاوسط ومالي واليمن"، منتقدا قسما من الخطاب اعتبر فيه اوباما ان خطر الارهاب يتراجع في الولايات المتحدة.
واذ ذكر بالهجوم على القنصلية الاميركية في بنغازي الليبية وبتفجيري بوسطن، راى رئيس لجنة الشؤون الخارجية في مجلس النواب ايد رويس ان "الرئيس لا يزال يقلل من اهمية التهديد الخطير للقاعدة وارهابييها".
واضاف النائب الجمهوري "ليس الان وقت التخلي عن الجهود الجبارة التي نبذلها لضمان امن الاميركيين".
كذلك، انتقد الجمهوريون اعلان اوباما اتخاذ اجراءات جديدة في محاولة لنقل بعض المعتقلين في غوانتانامو الى بلدانهم الام وفي مقدمهم يمنيون.
واكد النائب ساكسبي شامبليس العضو في لجنة الاستخبارات في مجلس النواب رفضه الشديد لهذا التدبير واصفا المعتقلين في غوانتانامو بانهم "قتلة".
وتساءل شامبليس "هل اظهر اليمن قدرة اكبر على مراقبة هؤلاء الافراد؟ على الاطلاق. اذا تم نقل هؤلاء الافراد الى اليمن فهذا يعني الافراج عنهم".

Looking at all these countries one can see the horrible consequences of this ongoing approach by the US-NATO-GCC cabal. All these countries are now failed, in bloodshed or devastated.

My opinion is that the Syrian people will lose either way. I do not condone either side ...
