رعد: المستقبل رفض التمديد بعدما قبله ومن حق القضاة تعطيل نصاب المجلس الدستوري

أشار رئيس كتلة "الوفاء للمقاومة" النائب محمد رعد إلى أن لقضاة المجلس الدستوري الحق في تعطيل النصاب مشيرا إلى أن الحزب اتفق مع تيار "المستقبل" على التمديد للبرلمان إلا انه لمح إلى أن التيار عاد وطالب بالإنتخابات بأمر من الأميركي.
وقال رعد خلال خلال احتفال تأبيني في بلدة النبطية الفوقا الجمعة "لقد إتفقنا مع تيار المستقبل على أن نمدد للمجلس النيابي، وإذا كانت الإشارة تأتي من الأميركي أن التمديد ممنوع وباشروا الانتخابات على قانون الستين، فنقول (للمستقبل) أنتم الذين نظرتم الى التمديد ووافقناكم، الآن تريدون الإنتخابات بأمر من الأميركي؟".
أضاف: "ما يمارس في المجلس الدستوري هو ممارسة ديموقراطية من الطراز الرفيع، ومن حق أعضاء في المجلس الدستوري أن يعطلوا النصاب إذا لم يجدوا أذنا صاغية تسمع رأيهم داخل المجلس الدستوري، الذي يريد انتخابات".
وأضاف رعد "قد نستطيع أن نجري إنتخابات في الجنوب أو في البقاع، لكن بالله عليكم كيف تجرى الإنتخابات في جبل لبنان وفي الشمال؟ هل تريدون أن تحصل كوارث من جراء الإنتخابات؟ لمصلحة من؟".
ورأى أن "من الطبيعي أن يتأخر تشكيل الحكومة إلى حين تنجلي آفاق موضوع الإنتخابات، وهل ستحصل إنتخابات أم لا، ومن الآن إلى عشرين من الشهر الجاري سوف تتبين الآفاق وسيبدي كل طرف على الشيء مقتضاه".
وكان قد فشل المجلس الدستوري في الإجتماع للبحث بالطعن المقدم من كل من رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان ونواب التيار "الوطني الحر" بالتمديد للبرلمان، بسبب تغيب عضوين شيعيين وعضو درزي.
من جهة أخرى رأى رعد أن مشروع المعارضة السورية "يريد أن يطعن المقاومة في ظهرها عبر الحدود السورية - اللبنانية في الشرق (..) وهو ينفذ مشروعا يتكامل مع مشروع الإحتلال الإسرائيلي ومصادرة إنجاز المقاومة ضد هذا الإحتلال".
لذلك تابع رعد "من حقنا الطبيعي والشرعي، أن نتصرف مع هؤلاء تصرف من يدافع عن نفسه ويحمي ظهره، وخصوصا إذا كانت سلوكيات هذا المعتدي علينا من وراء ظهرنا سلوكيات لا تحترمنا ولا تحترم مقدساتنا، وتحمل مشروعا يتناغم مع مشروع أميركا وإسرائيل في لبنان وفي سوريا".

ya Mr Raad,, you are very wrong,, constitution council should NOT be politicised. so all of its members should meet as scheduled and than they can voice their opinion and vote however they see fit
