جعجع: يجب التوقف عند تشكيل الحكومة الجديدة لتعيين قائداً جديداً للجيش

أكد رئيس حزب "القوات اللبنانية" سمير جعجع أنه "على رئيس الحكومة المكلف تمام سلام تشكيل حكومة بما تيسّر وإلا فليعتذر"، مردفاً " يجب أن نتوقف عند تشكيل الحكومة الجديدة التي قد تعين قائداً جديداً للجيش".
ودعا جعجع في حديث لصحيفة "الأخبار" نشر الإثنين الى "ضرورة تشكيل حكومة جديدة في أسرع وقت"، قائلاً " إن ثمة إمكانية لتشكيلها".
ورداً عن سؤال بشأن الاتصالات مع الرئيس المكلف تمام سلام، أجاب جعجع أن "الاتصالات مستمرة معه، هو آخذ وقته في الانتظار الكبير كي يشكل حكومة بتوافق معين، لكن تبين له أن الشروط المطروحة غير واردة، وأنا أعتقد أن سلام سيشكل حكومة في المدى المنظور "بما تيسّر"، وإلا فلا خيار لديه سوى الاعتذار".
وأوضح "لا أعتقد أن هناك إمكانية لأي حكومة أخرى، وإلا سيسوء الوضع أكثر نتيجة شروط حزب الله".
وكلف سلام تشكيل الحكومة العتيدة، بعد استقالة حكومة نجيب ميقاتي في 22 آذار الفائت، حيث يصرّ على أن تشكيل حكومة "مصلحة وطنية" يكون هو نفسه فيها الضامن الوحيد، واعداً أنه سيستقيل في حال استقال أي مكون من مكونات الحكومة.
من جانبها تطالب قوى 14 آذار بحكومة حيادية، في حين أن 8 آذار تطالب بحكومة سياسية وقال رئيس "الحزب التقدمي الاشتراكي" النائب وليد جنبلاط أنه لن يصوت على حكومة من لون واحد".
وأشار سلام في تغريدة له السبت، عبر تويتر الى أن "الحكومة باتت طلبا ملحا لا يحتمل التأخير، في ظل قلق اللبنانيين من الاوضاع الحالية، وخوفهم على مستقبل البلاد".
ولفت جعجع في حديثه لـ"الأخبار" الى أنه "بعد أحداث صيدا الأخيرة لم يعد باستطاعة الدولة أن تتصرف كما كانت تتصرف سابقاً. فهذه الأحداث لم تأت من العدم والفراغ، فطالما هناك حزب الله بكل سلاحه، طالما سيسمح كل مواطن لنفسه بتشكيل تنظيم مسلح، وتتطور الأمور الى مثل ما حدث أخيراً".
وشدد على أننا " مع وجود الدولة فقط، وأن تكون هي صاحبة القرار، حتى لا يستنزف الجيش والشعب. يجب ألا يبقى أي تنظيم خارج إطار القوات المسلحة، والحل ليس بضرب هذه التنظيمات المسلحة فقط، بل بتحويل حزب الله إلى حزب سياسي فقط، فعهد الأجنحة العسكرية انتهى في الخمسينيات والستينيات وحتى في التسعينيات".
واستشهد 17 عسكريا وجرح أكثر من عشرين في اشتباكات صيدا الأحد والإثنين في حين قتل أكثر من 20 مناصرا للأسير بحسب مصادر غير رسمية.
أما بالنسبة لمقاطعة كتلة "القوات النيابية" لجلسة البرلمان التشريعية، اليوم، فأكد رئيس "القوات" أن "هذه هي ليست مقاطعة لجلسة تشريعية"، مردفاً "نحن كقوات لبنانية، درسنا بعمق الوضع الدستوري للجلسة، وعبرنا عن موقفنا تجاه جلسة جدول أعمالها عادي، فهل يمكن مثلاً لبند طابع المختار، الذي نحن معه، أن يطرح في هذه الجلسة؟ هذه الجلسة اسمها استثنائية، لأننا في دورة استثنائية الهدف منها إما مناقشة بيان الحكومة أو طرح الثقة أو أي بند آخر استثنائي يرى رئيس الجمهورية (ميشال سليمان) ورئيس الحكومة (نجيب ميقاتي) ضرورة طرحه وفتح الدورة الاستثنائية لأجله ولأجل مواضيع محددة حصراً. وبالتالي، فنحن لن نشارك في جلسة (اليوم) من هذا المنطلق".
وكان أعرب كتلة "القوات اللبنانية"، و النواب المستقلون، السبت، عن "عدم مشاركتهم في الجلسات العامة التشريعية"، مردفين أن " هناك حاجة الى البحث في دستورية الجلسة في ظل استقالة الحكومة".
وعما إذا كانت القوات بدّلت رأيها في الموافقة على التمديد لقائد الجيش، وهل يشترط أن يتم التمديد له ولـ(المدير العام لقوى الأمن الداخلي السابق) اللواء أشرف ريفي في المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي، أجاب جعجع للصحيفة عينها "أننا سنشارك في أي جلسة يوقّع رئيس الجمهورية ورئيس الحكومة مرسوم فتح دورة استثنائية في شأنها بمواضيع محددة".
وأضاف "أما بالنسبة الى اللواء ريفي، فكما فهمنا هو لم يعد مهتماً بالتمديد له. في المقابل، علينا أن ننتظر إمكان تشكيل حكومة حيادية، وهذه الحكومة يمكن أن تعين قائداً جديداً للجيش"، مردفاً "رأينا معروف بقائد الجيش العماد جان قهوجي وتأييدنا لعمله، لكن يجب أن نتوقف عند تشكيل الحكومة الجديدة التي قد تعين قائداً جديداً للجيش".
وعن وجود أجواء تتحدث عن توافق رئيس تكتل التغيير والإصلاح النائب ميشال عون وتيار المستقبل وقوى 14 آذار على رفض التمديد لقائد الجيش وتعطيل الجلسة، يجيب جعجع أن "خلفية عون مختلفة تماماً، فهو يرفض بالمطلق التمديد لقائد الجيش لأن لديه مرشحه لقيادة الجيش".
وأوضح أن " خلفية رفضنا مختلفة، لأننا لا نرفض بالمطلق التمديد لقهوجي، بحسب ما تقتضيه مصلحة البلد وأوضاعه، ولكن نحن نتحدث في المقابل عن إمكان تشكيل حكومة جديدة يمكن أن تعين قائداً جديداً للجيش".
وينفي جعجع وجود "أي تفاهم بين عون و"المستقبل"، ويقول: "أنا مطلع عن قرب على الأجواء ولا وجود لهذا التفاهم".
وعن لقائه الأخير مع رئيس الجمهورية، ميشال سليمان، قال جعجع إن "الجلسة كانت طويلة، والنظرة حول الأمور الوطنية والسيادية كانت واحدة".

Assir and the people of Saida were complaining about too much sugar in their coffee or about HA intimidation tactics and armed presence in their city? We should be against all arms outside state control. Lest you think that Assir only armed himself after several peaceful and unarmed demonstrations against your militia. No, nobody is allowed or should be allowed to fire at the army. I guess you misunderstood me. I am stating that HA intimidation and armed tactics led to the Assir crisis. It does not mean anybody supports Assir firing at the army.

The Assir crisis was no crisis but a planned operation paid for by the KSA and others to destabilize Lebanon.
It is no secret that the KSA, US and Israel have and will take any measures to hurt the HA even if that means hurting all of Lebanon.
Hopefully the lists of donors to Assir will be made public so all the world can see who it is trying to start a civil war in Lebanon.

I don't buy into your conspiracy theory which is always HA fallback. Assir did not take up arms until the very last few months. Like him or not, he went public criticizing HA tactics and armed presence in Saida and all over Lebanon, something perhaps you also will deny? He demanded so did many citizens of Saida to have Saida a weapons free city. He demonstrated peacefully along with his followers. What happened at the end, I really don't know. But, for you to tell me it was a conspiracy or a planned operation by KSA or Qatar does not follow logic.

wrong mckini, incase you misunderstood the report, Geagea blamed Hezb's weapons and unfortunatley this is true. As long as an organisation can freely bear arms independant of the state then it sends a signal to every nut case in the country such as al asir that it is ok for you to bear arms and make demands, this is the real issue at hand not Hezb as a political party. They have as much right as anyone else to representation, however now the elements are coming out assuming the same right to bear arms as hezb..
