ابو قتادة ينفي امام محكمة اردنية تهمة التآمر بقصد القيام باعمال ارهابية

قال محامي الاسلامي المتشدد ابو قتادة الذي تسلمته عمان الاحد اثر ترحيله من بريطانيا ان موكله نفى امام محكمة امن الدولة تهمة المؤامرة بقصد القيام باعمال ارهابية.
وقال المحامي تيسير ذياب لـ"فرانس برس" ان موكله "نفى امام مدعي عام محكمة امن الدولة تهمة المؤامرة بقصد القيام باعمال ارهابية".
واضاف انه سيقدم غدا الاثنين طلبا للافراج مقابل كفالة عن موكله الذي قرر مدعي عام محكمة امن الدولة توقيفه 15 يوما على ذمة التحقيق.
وقال مصدر قضائي لـ"فرانس برس" ان "مدعي عام محكمة امن الدولة وجه تهمة التآمر بقصد القيام باعمال ارهابية لابو قتادة في قضيتين تتعلقان بالتحضير لاعتداءات كان حكم بهما غيابيا عام 1998 وعام 2000".
واضاف ان "المدعي العام قرر توقيف ابو قتادة 15 يوما على ذمة التحقيق في سجن الموقر (شرق عمان)" دون اعطاء المزيد من التفاصيل.
ولم تسمح السلطات لوسائل الاعلام بدخول المحكمة.
وكان الاسلامي المتطرف عمر محمود عثمان المعروف باسم ابو قتادة والذي كان يوصف في الماضي بانه "سفير بن لادن في اوروبا"، وصل الى عمان صباح الاحد على متن طائرة اقلته من بريطانيا حيث خاض معركة قضائية طويلة لمنع ترحيله من بريطانيا.
ويعيد الاردن محاكمة ابو قتادة في قضيتين مرتبطتين بالتحضير لاعتداءات مفترضة حوكم عليها غيابيا في المملكة.
وقد حكم عليه بالاعدام في الاردن في 1999 بتهمة التآمر لتنفيذ هجمات ارهابية من بينها هجوم على المدرسة الاميركية في عمان لكن تم تخفيف الحكم مباشرة الى السجن مدى الحياة مع الاشغال الشاقة. وفي العام 2000 حكم عليه بالسجن 15 عاما للتخطيط لتنفيذ هجمات ارهابية ضد سياح اثناء احتفالات الالفية في الاردن.
