توجيه تهم جديدة في نيجيريا الى عناصر من حزب الله

أضاف المدعون العامون النيجيريون الاثنين فى بدء جلسة محاكمة ثلاثة لبنانيين ينتمون الى حزب الله تهما جديدة مثل تبييض الاموال والاستيراد غير المشروع.
وقال المدعي سيمون ايجيد: "نريد التأكد من أن المحكمة ستبحث جميع العناصر التي كشف عنها التحقيق".
والثلاثة وهم مصطفى فواز (49 سنة) وعبد الله طحيني (48 سنة) وطلال احمد روضه (51 سنة) وهم متهمون بالانتماء لحزب الله، والتخطيط لشن هجمات على اهداف غربية واسرائيلية في نيجيريا.
وقد وجهت اليهم الشهر الماضي رسميا تهمة "الارهاب" بعد العثور على كمية ضخمة من الاسلحة في احد متاجرهم في ابوجا وفي منزل تسكنه "خلية" لحزب الله في كانو، اكبر مدن شمال نيجيريا.
ووافق القاضي ادينيي اديتوكونبو على طلب الادعاء بأن يقتصر الحضور في الجلسة على المتهمين ومحاميهم والصحافيين واثنين من اقارب كل متهم.
وأدلى رجال ادارة خدمات الدولة، الفرع الرئيسي للمخابرات النيجيرية، باقوالهم الاثنين وهم ملثمون.
ونفى المتهمون ما نسب اليهم من تهم، الا ان محضر الاتهام يوضح ان الثلاثة اعترفوا بالانتماء للجناح المسلح لحزب الله، وهو ما لا يشكل جريمة في نظر القانون النيجيري.
ويملك الثلاثة سوبرماركت وحديقة ملاه في ابوجا. وقد أغلقت متاجرهم منذ اعتقالهم.
ويوجد متهم رابع هارب من العدالة.
يشار الى أنه توجد جالية لبنانية كبيرة في نيجيريا، اكبر دول افريقيا من حيث عدد ا لسكان مع 160 مليون نسمة.

besides that, it's sad that nigeria, which is plagued with boko haram terrorists, had to take part in this masquerade to earn some sustenance from israel.
boko haram is a takfiri group who has been blindly slaughtering innocent people in the last years, multiple suicide bombings in churches, assassinations of muslim clerics who did not condone their ideology, attacks on state institutions and police stations...
yet nigeria chose to go after a group that never conducted a single attack against it, and has no motive to do so, in what appears to be a framing against HA.

People tend to comment about Hizbollah as though it's an organisation born to terrorism in 2005 with the Hairi assassination. They forget that Mughaniyeh was in operation a long time ago in the mid-eighties, highjaking foreigners, killing them (Michel Seurat and others) , that the Hizbollah is none else but the Islamic Jihad of the early 80's, responsible for the first-of-a kind terror attacks in Beirut against the american embassy and their barracks near the airport. Any search on the net would bring to the fore a lot of information, forgotten by by now.
