سليمان وبري وميقاتي يبحثون في "توسيع صلاحيات حكومة تصريف الاعمال"

ناقش رؤساء الجمهورية ميشال سليمان ومجلس النواب نبيه بري والحكومة المستقيلة نجيب ميقاتي في امكانية "توسيع صلاحيات حكومة تصريف الاعمال"، وفق المعلومات الصحافية، في ظل عدم التوصل الى صيغة لتأليف مجلس وزراء عتيد يدير البلد في ظل الاوضاع الامنية والسياسية التي تلفّه محلياً واقليمياً.
ونقلت صحيفة "الاخبار"، الخميس، عن مصدر حكومي مطّلع نفيه ما يُحكى عن اعادة احياء حكومة ميقاتي، لافتاً الى أن البحث في الملف الحكومي ينطلق في ضوء "العثرات الكبيرة التي تواجه تأليف حكومة جديدة، وإلى حاجة البلاد إلى خطوات تقوم بها حكومة فاعلة".
ولفت الى أن سليمان وبري وميقاتي، بحثوا في توسيع صلاحيات حكومة تصريف الأعمال.
وأوضح أن هذه الفكرة مستندة الى تجربة بلجيكية، حيث يتاح لحكومة تصريف الأعمال "الانعقاد دورياً واتخاذ سلسلة من القرارات المتعلقة بحماية المرافق العامة ومنع تعطيلها، وأن يكون هناك حدود واضحة لهذه الصلاحيات".
الى ذلك، أضاف المصدر لـ"الاخبار"، الى أن "التطورات الأمنية، وكذلك الوضع السياسي والاقتصادي المعقّد، ربطاً بما يجري من حولنا، يوجب على الحكومة معالجة ملفات عدة".
يُذكر أنه وبعد استقالة حكومة ميقاتي في آذار الفائت، تم تكليف تمام سلام تشكل حكومة جديدة الا أن جهوده لم تنجح في ذلك، اذ أنه يسعى الى تشكيل "حكومة المصلحة الوطنية"، متعهداً الاستقالة بحال استقالة اي مكون من مكونات الحكومة، وفي حين تطالب قوى 14 آذار بحكومة حيادية تريد 8 آذار حكومة سياسية وقال رئيس "الحزب التقدمي الاشتراكي" النائب وليد جنبلاط أنه "لن يصوت على حكومة من لون واحد".

when mustahbal says hezbollah should be excluded because they took part in syria, then the least they could do to not be such big hypocrites is to exclude themselves first, because they got involved first.

Banima3roof, I tried to find that video you requested and it had been removed from YouTube. I will be honest and correct my statement, it didn't show beheadings but they travelers from Syria to iraq were pulled over and asked how many times they prayed each day. 3 or 5? I don't know the reasons for the questions but those that answer wrong were shot in the head and not beheaded. Apologies for the exaggeration.
As for the joke of a governement situation, it's obvious that the obstacles to any new government is the mustaqbul and LF by refusing to take part in a government with hezballah. This whole government and parliament is illegal because there should have been elections already. The psp, LF, mustaqbul, amal and hezballah are all the same and are all to blame for this sorry state.
