رعد ينفي ما يتداول عن امن ذاتي في الضاحية: على الدولة القيام بواجباتها

أكد رئيس كتلة الوفاء للمقاومة النائب محمد رعد عن أن "ما يتداول عن امن ذاتي في بعض المناطق المستهدفة بالتفجيرات في الضاحية هم عاري عن الصحة"، مردفاً أن " المواطنين في الضاحية ناشدوا مرارا وتكرارا الدولة كي تتولى القيام بواجبها في حمايتهم وحفظ أمنهم، لكن كل تلك المناشدات لم تلق الاستجابة المطلوبة".
وأشار رعد الخميس، الى ان "تيار المستقبل وبعض قوى 14 آذار يتعمدون تضليل الرأي العام حول أمن ذاتي مزعوم في الضاحية الجريحة، وذلك في سياق نهج تحريضي متواصل ضد خيار المقاومة وأهلها ومؤيديها".
ولفت الى أننا " بإزاء هذا النهج الرخيص نؤكد ان كل ما يروجه هؤلاء عن امن ذاتي في بعض المناطق المستهدفة بالتفجيرات التكفيرية لا اساس له من الصحة وان المواطنين في الضاحية وغيرها ناشدوا مرارا وتكرارا أجهزة الدولة الأمنية كي تتولى القيام بواجبها في حمايتهم وحفظ أمنهم، لكن كل تلك المناشدات لم تلق الاستجابة المطلوبة حتى الآن".
وشدد على أن "الدولة وأجهزتها الامنية هي المسؤولة أولا وآخرا عن توفير الحماية للمواطنين"، مؤكداً أن "ما الإجراءات الضرورية التي اعتمدت بعد التفجير الارهابي في الرويس إلا اسعافات أولية بانتظار الحضور المرتقب للدولة وأجهزتها وقيامها بواجباتها تجاه الناس على كل المستويات".
وأضاف رعد أن "المزايدات السياسية قد انهكت الدولة وعطلت مؤسساتها فهل المطلوب من المزايدات في الموضوع الأمني أن تقضي على المواطنين وحياتهم؟ ولمصلحة من؟".
وكانت سيارة مفخخة انفجرت في 15 آب على الطريق العام بين الرويس وبئر العبد في الضاحية الجنوبية، أدت الى مقتل 27 شخصا واكثر من 400 جريح.
وتبنت التفجير مجموعة غير معروفة تطلق على نفسها اسم "سرايا عائشة ام المؤمنين للمهام الخارجية"، مشيرة الى انه "رسالة" الى حزب الله بسبب قتاله الى جانب النظام السوري.
ويعد هذا الانفجار الثاني، بعد انفجار وقع في تموز في منطقة بئر العبد، والذي اعلن إثره وزير الدفاع فايز غصن انه تم اعتقال سوري مشتبه به في التفجير.
يشار الى أن الحادثة أعلن سليمان أمس أن الاعتداء يحمل "بصمات الارهاب واسرائيل".
وكان قد دان مجلس الامن الدولي والامين العام للامم المتحدة بان كي مون هذا التفجير، داعيا "اللبنانيين الى البقاء موحدين".
ومذاك الوقت يسعى بعض الشبان المنتمين لـ "حزب الله" الى الحفاظ على أمن المنطقة وذلك من خلال إقامة حواجز للسيارات التي تدخل وتخرج من الضاحية.

He accuses M14 of incitement and without taking a breath goes on to accuse M14 of, and I quote, "harboring some takfiri terrorists who threaten the security of civilians, plant booby-trapped vehicles, and carry out bombings in residential neighborhoods" which is exactly what incitement is.
