Café Diem Opens in Ashrafiyeh
An upgraded bistro experience, Café Diem is a newly created concept, now open on Petro Trad Street in Ashrafiyeh and was recently launched in the presence of a selective media crowd, a press release said on Thursday.
Featuring delicately revisited recipes from world cuisines, Café Diem’s menu comprises rich and delectable creations from fresh and tasty salads, re-imagined bruschettas and open faced sandwiches to carefully selected cheese and cold cuts, galettes de sarrasin, à la minute desserts and signature coffee, the release added.
The well-conceived wine list features an array of popular selections from Lebanon and notable regions of France.
Café Diem welcomes you in a friendly and warm ambiance any time of the day, whether for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or a simple afternoon coffee & tea.
The tea selection by Mariage Frères, the renowned Parisian maison de thé, is available for savoring either in-house, or in retail packages for home use.
Staying true to its name, Café Diem invites you to bite into life fully because as the owner, Donald Batal, puts it so well “no two moments taste the same and no two meals ever should!”
