Nancy Ajram, Houston Concert Promoter Resolve Litigation

Oussama Bachachi and Nancy Ajram have reached an agreement ending litigation and post-judgment proceedings in Harris County, Texas District Court arising from a dispute as to the production of the superstar’s May 2012 concert in Houston.

Mr. Bachachi, a prolific promoter of Arab and Middle Eastern performers in Texas, said "I am pleased that we have worked together to bring this to a close. Now we can focus on bringing the best music in the world to the people of Texas."

Harper’ s Bazaar - Arabia has dubbed the cover star of its October 2013 issue, Ms. Ajram, “the reigning style queen of the Middle East”.

The multi-platinum recording artist is the Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF.

She will perform at the Horeshoe Casino in Cleveland on October 18, Ceasar’s Atlantic City on October 19 and at the Paris Casino in Las Vegas on October 26, 2013.

Mr. Bachachi is a restaurateur, and a concert promoter. He has produced dozens of concerts and shows in Texas over the last two decades. By agreement of the parties, the terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
