1 Injured in Blast at Pharmaceutical Company in Kahhale

An Egyptian was lightly injured on Sunday in an explosion at a manufacturer of pharmaceutical products in the Mount Lebanon town of Kahhale, the National News Agency reported.
The explosion took place in the facility of Pharmadex that lies near Notre Dame de la Delivrande school, NNA said.
It added that the incident was caused by the explosion of the lab's stove while the Egyptian man was cooking.
Kahhale municipal chief George Toufiq al-Bajjani inspected the damage caused by the blast after firefighters doused the blaze which erupted following the incident.
