Wahhab Brushes Aside U.S. Asset Freeze

Tawhid movement leader Wiam Wahhab brushed aside on Friday a decision by U.S. President Barak Obama to extend a 2007 freeze of assets against him.
The decision is “meaningless,” Wahhab told Voice of Lebanon radio station (100.5), saying “it didn’t affect me in 2007 and won’t affect me today.”
He added that the Lebanese cabinet headed by PM Najib Miqati and Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour should resolve the issue “because it is an aggression on Lebanese sovereignty and democracy.”
“The Lebanese state should protect us,” Wahhab said, adding “this decision is a clear interference in Lebanese affairs.”
On Thursday, Obama extended a freeze of assets on four personalities for allegedly threatening stability in Lebanon and seeking "to undermine Lebanon's legitimate and democratically elected government."
A White House statement said that "certain ongoing activities, such as continuing arms transfers to Hizbullah that include increasingly sophisticated weapons systems, serve to undermine Lebanese sovereignty."
The decision also targeted Assaad Hardan from the Syrian Social National Party and Syrian officials Hafez Makhlouf and Mohammed Nassif.

This guy is a pure low quality Syrian produce. Created in2005 in the short-lived Miqati gov then. No one had heard of him before. He is Assad rep. His assignment was to split the druze further when Joumblatt was still in bed with M14 ( he could be back tomorrow!). This Wahab thing, who sometimes says Siddiq has been eliminated by the French Intelligence, that Bellemare has a cancer, this Wiam thing speaks most of the time from his a.s, and doesn't boast 10 supporters in reality, is his family ever numbers that many!

Bigdig, one s judgment is build using current information, but also past ones, albeit with a smaller weighing in forming your current judgment as info is older and lesss relevant. However it leds one to draw conclusions about the likeliness of some news, or political behaviour. This is an interpretation model. Although all info is not 24. Cts gold, it' s not tin either. If one recalls the bloody history of the regime, (20,000 dead in Hama in the 80s?) to all what we know hear, and sometimes directly suffered from for some of us, then it gives a lot of credentials to the greatest part of what we've been hearing about the bloody stalinist behaviour of the socalled brothers.

I wish he would shut his mouth and refrain from further embarrassing Lebanon specifically, but human kind in general.
But I wouldn't blame him, I blame the stupid people that back him and support him blindly having willingly given up their brain power and common sense... not to mention their respect for their country.
