Judiciary Charges 12 Accused in Yves Naufal Murder

The judiciary on Wednesday charged those accused of killing Yves Naufal with several offenses, some of which are punishable by death.
LBCI TV reported that “the public prosecution has charged those accused in Yves Naufal's case with offenses that are punishable by death.”
MTV clarified that “twelve arrest warrants have been issued for those involved in the Kfardebian crime -- 6 for those in custody and 6 in absentia.”
On January 9, state-run National News Agency had reported that Yves and “his friend, Saba Nader, were having a night out in one of Faraya's Oyoun al-Siman restaurants where a dispute between him and two other men took place over a girl who was in the same restaurant.”
“The dispute ended quickly and Naufal left the place,” it added.
But the two other men followed Naufal and his friend to a “Total” gas station on Oyoun al-Siman’s road, shooting at them from a pistol and a Kalashnikov assault rifle, the agency said.
Last Wednesday, the Internal Security Forces Intelligence Branch arrested in the northern Bekaa town of Brital Charbel George Khalil, who has been described as the main suspect in the crime.

This gang of crooks must be tried, but when found guilty beyond reasonable doubt, they should be executed and in public. They should be hanged in public, and let the public and the TV cams focus on their shaking and twitching legs as they breathe their last gasp of air. This kind of criminality has been on the rise lately, a peaceful citizen now atop all his other qualms and worries, now has to live in a state of fear, not from Daesh, not from HA thugs, or any other terrorist thugs but from seemingly everyday people. Let the example be made, these crooks have killed an innocent man, that same day, a drunken soldier killed an innocent girl. Let them be hanged and be made an example of. be they affiliated to any party or not, the signal will send cold shivers down the spines of everyone who feels that being a Rambo is an option in Lebanon.
