Boroujerdi Arrives in Lebanon: Iran Keen on Preservation of Security in Lebanon

Chairman of Iranian Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Committee Alaeddin Boroujerdi arrived in Lebanon on Thursday a day after Hizbullah launched an attack against an Israeli convoy in the occupied Shebaa Farms that left two Israeli troops dead.

He expressed upon his arrival in Beirut his congratulations to Hizbullah on its operation, which was in retaliation to an Israeli airstrike on January 18 on Syria's Quneitra region that left six party members and an Iranian general dead.

Boroujerdi added: “The Quneitra attack demonstrates that the Zionist entity does not have limits to its crimes.”

He expressed his “sorrow and pride over the martyrs who fell in the airstrike,” saying that Iran will continue to stand by the “Lebanese resistance.”

“Iran places great importance on the preservation of security in Lebanon,” he remarked.

Moreover, Boroujerdi noted: “The developments in Lebanon demonstrate unity and understanding among its factions. Iran will continue to support all that bolsters this unity.”

He is scheduled to attend a ceremony honoring the Quneitra victims set for Friday.

Hizbullah chief Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah is expected to make a televised speech on the occasion.

Wednesday's Shebaa Farms operations prompted Israel to shell a number of regions in the South.

A Spanish member of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon was killed in the shelling.

He forgets the massacres committed by his revolutionary guards and shia militiamen in Syria and Iraq. Sure he supports the iranian proxy lebanese "islamic" resistance. Nothing new here.

I'm getting tired of these games you're playing Iran...you send people in to take our nationality and bring your nonsense in with you to impose on the people. You are no better, occupying land that's not yours, so shut up.

The Islamic Republic of Iran supports the islamic resistance in Lebanon with whatever means available. They LAF should integrate within the resistance and form a formidable unit that will defeat the Zionist enemy.

He is visiting one of Iran's outposts in the Arab world. Iran controls Baghdad, Damascus, Syria, Gaza and now Yemen. They control these countries via sectarian propaganda just like the Ottoman's conquered and controlled the Middle East for 500 years. Sectarian minds will always put sect over nationality, hence ISIS, HA, Bachar ...... only exception here is Gaza (money is the driving force there).

Mr. Bouroujerdi, take that same plane back home. You are nothing but trouble, and in times of real trouble in Lebanon, you Iranians are nowhere to be seen. You Iranians are good at only one thing, ramp up the ante, then boom, gone you are. When the Lebanese start dying, when their homes get leveled off the ground, when they have no more choices but leave, you Iranians are invisible. You never send masalan 50,000 Iranian soldiers to help Lebanon, nothing, zilch, nada, so please Mister, pack up the way you came. We Lebanese want peace and every time one of you guys come, it is invariably followed by conflict in Lebanon. You did the same in Gaza, now you are bringing to us the specter of war, desrustion and death. No Sir, we don't want them, we don't want you, go home, wou fek 3an dahrnah.

Their goal is to create an Islamic Republic in lieu of Lebanon. As a Christian I totally oppose the destruction of my country.
But on this blog you have traitors who wish this Islamic Republic.
Others are supporters of the Caporal who went to kiss Hariri in Riyadh to beg him to become president.
