Iran Warns Israel of Hizbullah Rockets if Attacked
A senior Iranian military official warned on Thursday that any Israeli attack would unleash a firestorm of missiles on its cities fired by the Islamic republic's Hizbullah allies in Lebanon.
The Lebanese group has more than 80,000 rockets ready to fire at Tel Aviv and Haifa, said General Yahya Rahim Safavi, military adviser to Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
"Iran, with the help of Hizbullah and its friends, is capable of destroying Tel Aviv and Haifa in case of military aggression on the part of the Zionists," he said, quoted on state television.
"I don't think the Zionists would be so unintelligent as to create a military problem with Iran," the general said. "They know the strength of Iran and Hizbullah."
Last week, a senior Israeli military intelligence official warned of a heightened threat of conflict over the next two years as a result of "escalation" in the region.
In a briefing to foreign journalists at the defense ministry in Tel Aviv, the official referred specifically to Hizbullah, with whom Israel fought a devastating, month-long war in 2006, and to Iran's arming of the group.
"The Iranian threat is a tangible threat to Israel," said the official, whose country has not ruled out the use of military force to block any attempt by Tehran to produce a nuclear bomb.
Israel has opposed the efforts of world powers to strike a deal with Iran curbing its nuclear program in return for an easing of economic sanctions, saying that Tehran cannot be trusted.
Iran has long asserted that its nuclear program is for peaceful energy purposes, and that international concern about it seeking a nuclear bomb is misplaced.
The Islamic Republic of Iran will not stand still if the Zionist state attacks its holy land. Its forces stationed in Lebanon will rain death unto the Zionist state from South Lebanon. Lebanon and Iran are one country, one nation, one destiny.
I see.... so the "resistance" exists to defend Iran if Iran gets attacked. LOL LOL LOL
and is there still one sane person in Lebanon who believes this is a resistance???
Ofcourse, Just like Iran supported us throughout the 90's upto year 2000 liberation day and again in 2006. The Resistance remembers their loyal friends, just as they help the Syrian people and Government fighting takfiris, as they helped us against Israel.
Rest of you takfiris and zionists, keep complaining wont help you at all. Instead convince your masters not to mess around with the Resistance.
Mystic- The decision of peace and war is with the Lebanese government and not a militia. Are you surprised when some people describe Lebanon as Iranian-occupied territory?!!!
hizbushaitan and fpm are the little chiuwawa of iran :)
does anyone need more proof they are foreign agents?
Ya khayyi 3a rasi w 3ayni if you want to help your loyal friends, but don't do it from Lebanese territory. This land does not belong to you alone, and most people in Lebanon who will be suffering the repercussions of Hizb's loyal assistance to Iran have absolutely nothing to do with the Iranian-Israeli war that Hizb would have dragged us into.
I just realized all the takfiris stormed this message, didn't you cowards say we never fight Israel etc. we see you cowards again yell up.
ISIS and Nusra would never fire at Israel, neither would any of the Gulf states, Jordan, Egypt and all the other coward governments.
Only the Axis of Resistance stands against them all.
Wahabis and Zionists two twin brothers.

Aoun: "We demand from Hezbollah to give up its weapons because its mission is over. The Lebanese know this truth and so does Hezbollah. And the Shebaa Farms issue is simply an excuse that is illegitimate legally, practically, and principally."
An-Nahar, 31 January 2005
that is what hezbollah is all about: pretend to defend Lebanon while they are just soldiers at the orders of iran....
seems you are very good at insulting people, it seems the only thing you are good at...keep up the job but be more creative next time will you?
too much frustrations i guess...
@mystic so if we don't agree with iran and hezbollah then we are takfiris?? i hope to god people like you will never run Lebanon, if so we are in big trouble... anyone that doesn't agree with you or your kind is a takfiri or zionist? wow
ParvizAmir stop talking and wasting breath.. we've seen your threats before, we've seen how you got destroyed in 2006, we've seen how you kill your own people..

Habib I am trying to read and understand what you wrote in your 2 above comments
Ebola has destroyed "National Unity" and the will to live together.
This is the biggest crime against Lebanon.
@humble
Allow me to tell you what I think is the biggest crime against Lebanon. In my opinion it is the lack of compromise to save Lebanon both sides are so polarized they leave no room to comprise for the sake of this beautiful country and its people
How can we be independent when our leaders are obedient servants to the outside?
Another major fact is the existence of a stateless within the state which is eating the country. Can you name one civilized country where such an abnormality exists???
@humble
I agree with you on one thing that our leaders ALL of them are obedient servants to the outside
pity the country
Am I missing something or what?! Here is an excerpt of the article: "Iran, with the help of Hizbullah and its friends, is capable of destroying Tel Aviv and Haifa in case of military aggression on the part of the Zionists," he said, quoted on state television.
"I don't think the Zionists would be so unintelligent as to create a military problem with Iran," the general said. "They know the strength of Iran and Hizbullah." Unquote. Great, but how come mighty Iran and mighty Hezbollah and mighty Syria have not managed to do much inside Syria and in Yemen? Is it in Lebanon alone they're mighty? Israel is for them too convenient when they need to do some saber rattling, the rest remains to be seen. So much for fictional parodying.
FT, in the name of your venerable leaders, Sayed Hassan and Corporal Aoun, can you just for once debate me without having to poke me personally. Yes I fought in the civil war and yes I know quite a few things it taught me, but I also know in the line of my work that it is not as simplistic as you want to justify on this forum. In every war, there are groupings, militias and nations that are involved. Now you tell me since this is the character of your debate, what is the weight of Iran? Or the regime? Or Russia? Or your mighty Hezbollah, ya 3ammeh, today Iran was threatening Israel with the destruction of its major cities, walaw, now they can't fight as expected in Syria or Yemen. Tell a bird to swim and you'll make it feel stupid all its life. Please ya habibi, change that old tune for once.
Phoenix did indeed fool us all, some of us actually believed in him back in the day. Now we lost interest.
(1). Mystic, habibi khaye, you must select your words properly, that is if you can commit in the same level of sincerity as I do. I don't need to fool you or anyone else for that matter, if my change of heart means you should say such things then 3ayb. The real story is that mild and moderate people like me are the ones who got fooled by Hezbollah, but its fake declarations, and I thought I saw it all. Ya habib albi enta, during the 2006 war, and this is the first time I say so, I emptied and fully cleaned opened 2 of my stores in Beirut, (depots as they call them in Lebanon). I accommodated countless people from the South, mostly of my Shiite siblings. I never made any conditions except that NO Hezbollah flags be put up my roofs. I bought medical and food supplies, placed water dispensers and fans for them.
(3). Mystic. Kirmel Rabbak li khala2ak wouli khala2ni, kindly stop this nonsense of yours. Every time someone here criticizes your posts or Hezbollah or Corporal Aoun, the only thing known in response from you is just debasement going at times as far as behaving injuriously. When I refer to your leader, have I not been keeping the decorum by calling him Sayed Hassan? When I criticize him, am I not upholding to the best comportment? Bi sharafak ya Mystic, your ancestors and my ancestors shared this land in peace for centuries, if today you people are being misled, maybe mine too, but what matters is that we remember our pasts and not be swayed by dirty language, kirmel Rabbak woul watan ya akh. We are here all to stay on this land, just don't be fooled, that's all.
Phoenix, did you ever see me swear on you? Did I ever speak bad against Christianity or Christian people? I am against the Lebanese Forces 100% because they do not represents Christianity, they represent their own darkened ways.
I have critisized you for not standing up for the Christians throughout the Middle East, in their struggles against the takfiris. Something the Resistance are doing this moment, which you undermined completely.
I have tried, countless of times to convince you of these things, but you don't seem to wanna notice it at all. That is also one of the reason I am beginning to loose interest.
Mystic, of course, I can't ever say you said anything swearing over Christianity, here I do bow my hat to you. But then, you got me wrong again on defending Christians of the Middle East, you cannot comprehend how I bleed inside when I see all these things. You have seen and you know just how extremely I hate the Takfiris, you've not even begun to gauge that feeling in me. I do not hate Hezbollah, just its betrayals of our trust, and its repeated fabrications and fabrications. I can see how much you dislike the LF, and you've made of it abundant horse whipping matter even where it wasn't called for. But then, such is life, the LF fought against your sides during the war, and today are opposing you, but despite it all, I'll never hate you, not you or any Shiite or Lebanese. Now for someone who has lost interest, you are doing just fine bro.
(2). Mystic. I had some of my employees and some paid volunteers to go every day to clean the places for them and bring them every single day a water tanker for each depots for their personal needs. I instructed my personnel not to ever ask any question relating to sect or party allegiance, but to give the best support as I could as a fellow Lebanese. Yes, I did it with a clean heart and will do it again, even if I feel very sore about being betrayed by Hezbollah. It is Hezbollah that falsely led us into believing in its patriotic tunes, I am sure you've noticed my gradual change now for about a year or more. I see many debates here where death is wishes to Shiites, YOU ya Mystic, did you ever see me partake in one of them?!! Shi3a, Metweleh, whatever, I see myself as a Lebanese and nothing more.
careful : hezbollah does not want to liberate chebaa: they need an excuse to keep their weapons! chebaa is the perfect pretext!
""If what they (Hezbollah leadership) want are the Shebaa Farms, they have to get a small paper from the Syrians saying that these farms are inside Lebanese territory so we can liberate them. And then there is no need for the canon and the parades. But if carrying the rifle aims for Hezbollah's hegemony over Lebanon and if it becomes a Syrian tool for hegemony over Lebanon's decision, then Hezbollah would have abandoned much of its Lebanese affiliation and abandoned the fact that it is our brother, because we don't see him acting like one.
