So the Chief of the General Security acts as a go between for the kidnappers and the state???!!!!!
Did he arrest anybody? How did he know who the kidnappers were? Were they his relatives?

Ibrahim is busy fighting "terrorism" and other crimes committed by the zionist enemy. He on the other hand, is the sponsor and godfather of those who kidnap, manufacture drugs, and own captagon factories. To him these are not crimes but rather thriving businesses that represent a major source of his income.
