Iraqi Young Man Kidnapped in Baalbek Neighborhood

An Iraqi young man was kidnapped Sunday in the eastern city of Baalbek, state-run National News Agency reported.
“Unknown individuals riding an SUV abducted Iraqi citizen Mohammed Bassem Mohammed Ali al-Bahrani, 22, in an area behind the cemetery in Baalbek's al-Solh neighborhood,” NNA said.
“They took him to an unknown location,” it added.

أفرج عن العراقي محمد البحراني من دون فدية مالية والذي كان قد خطف في بعلبك أمس. وقد تم تسليمه عند الثانية من فجر اليوم على الحدود اللبنانية السورية في الهرمل وذلك بعد مساع قام بها المدير العام لقوى الأمن الداخلي اللواء ابرهيم بصبوص وهو الان بعهدة احد تجار مدينة بعلبك حيث تجري الترتيبات لتسليمه الى ذويه .

Did he arrest anybody? How did he know who the kidnappers were? Were they his relatives?
