Prime Minister Saad Hariri expressed his strong condemnation of the terrorist crimes that took place in Spain, and described the attack as “deplorable.”
He voiced “solidarity with Spain and its people against terrorism.”

“No for hatred and grudge. No for death and blackness that swept through the world yesterday in Barcelona. No for the ideology of the Islamic Sate group,” said Jumblat in a tweet.
On the other hand, Hizbullah has also issued a statement denouncing the attack.

Drivers have ploughed into pedestrians in two quick-succession, separate attacks in Barcelona and another popular Spanish seaside city, leaving 13 people dead and injuring more than 100 others.
In the first incident, which was claimed by the Islamic State group, a white van sped into a street packed full of tourists in central Barcelona on Thursday afternoon, knocking people out of the way and killing 13 in a scene of chaos and horror.
Some eight hours later in Cambrils, a city 120 kilometers south of Barcelona, an Audi A3 car rammed into pedestrians, injuring six civilians -- one of them critical -- and a police officer, authorities said.
“No for hatred and grudge. No for death and blackness that swept through the world yesterday in Barcelona. No for the ideology of the Islamic Sate group,” said Jumblat in a tweet.
When this warlord massacred Christian families and entire villages in the mountains during the civil war he forgot hatred and grudges.
“Targeting and killing of innocent civilians is part of a satanic plan carried out by these (IS) terrorists, whose goal is to distort the meaning of jihad and to tarnish the image of the true Islamic religion by claiming belonging to it,” Hizbullah's statement read.
But when Hezbollah targets and kills civilians in Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Bulgaria, and Argentina it is a 'divine' plan. The irony!
Go learn your history hypocrite and say special thanks to hezbollah when it was kidnapping and executing professors, journalists and airline passengers back in the 80's. Also say special thanks to hezbollah when it was blowing up Paris back in the 80's..

My boyfriend The Mystic tells me that targeting and killing of innocent civilians is part of a moujahed's jihadi duty especially if he's martyred while doing it. He claims that when similar jihadist attacks and stabbings on civilians started in occupied Palestine Ayatollah Khamenei, Sayyed Hassan and Ayman Al Zawahiri praised the moujahidean who committed these heroic acts. That if this attack, or the ones in Paris, Nice, Brussels, Manchester or London, was in Jerusalem and killed western civilians there would be joyous roadblocks distributing sweets in Dahieh because, as he said, "everyone in Dahieh hates the West and it's culture". But when some moujahidean perform jihadi duties in cities in the West, he says, we condemn them because they are plagiarizing and plagiarizing is wrong.
Very dramatic. First it's in Iran we trust now it's in bashar we trust. You are too trusting aussie boy and putting your trust in the unworthy. They both would be nothing without me.
