Hizbullah, Hamas Could Reportedly Obtain Accurate Missiles by 2017

The Israeli army believes that by 2017 Hizbullah and Hamas will have a huge number of missiles that can hit any area in Israel, The Jerusalem Post reported.
It said both groups could have “about 1,600 missiles with a level of accuracy of a few hundred meters and 800 with a level of accuracy of just a few dozen meters, giving them the ability to hit what they want.”
The Israeli army also predicts that more than 15,000 rockets and missiles could be fired into Israeli cities in any future war, the Israeli daily said.
According to updated assessments, “Haifa and its surrounding areas could come under fire from 12,000 short-range rockets, Tel Aviv and the larger Gush Dan region from around 3,000 medium-range rockets and the rest of the country from close to 600 long-range missiles.”
The Post quoted Home Front Defense Minister Matan Vilnai as telling guests to his office on the 15th floor of the defense ministry in Tel Aviv that in a future war “this building won't remain standing.”

Accurate missiles, is not only the missile itself but all the infrastructure that comes with it, No missile in the world can hit the target 100% precisely ,as few meters radius is missed. Accuracy is the technology of guiding the missile, the radars, the telecommunication systems that follow the missile, and so on... To have all this, you need a lot of proper training ,to know how to launch. and Since these both groups get their missiles from Iran or Syria, They must be tested in different stages and then have them produced in mass.Hizbollah already possess as said Scud missiles, these missiles are updated to hit targets more precisely
