The Internal Security Forces have so far confiscated more than 1,200 unlicensed motorbikes and fined more than 400 car drivers for having tinted windows, the ISF General Command said in a communique on Wednesday.

On the first day of the campaign that was launched on Tuesday, the ISF confiscated 1,252 unlicensed motorcycles and fined 435 drivers whose vehicles had tinted windows, the communique said.

What's the point...This operation has been implemented a 100 times before. If we want to fix the problem then fix it from its roots:

1- A new modern driving rules and regulations
2- A force to actually implement these rules
3- Control Over Motorcycle traders and what can and can not be imported into the country
4- A new and real driving exam!!!

But all is well as they still have each others and gayarab dot com by Shiites for Shiites where they can learn new positions, political and otherwise.. know whatahmean, know whatahmean, wink wink, nudge nudge, say no more.
