U.N. Monitors to Retry Reaching Syria Massacre Town Friday

"No military observers were injured but one vehicle was slightly damaged," U.N. spokesman Farhan Haq told Agence France Presse.
"The monitors were not able to enter al-Qubeir today. They will try again tomorrow," he added.
