March 14: Army Must Present List of Syrian Violations to Lebanese, International Communities

The March 14 General Secretariat slammed on Wednesday the ongoing Syrian violations of Lebanese sovereignty, saying that it has counted over 20 of such violations.

It urged in a statement after its weekly meeting “the Lebanese army to comprise a list of the violations and present them to the Lebanese and international communities.”

It accused the government of failing to protect the people’s safety, adding: “It is responsible for any assault against any citizen.”

“The security chaos and its repercussions on the people’s social and economic standards, as well as the repeated blocking of the airport road obligate the government, which is a partner of the Syrian regime, to resign,” continued the March 14 forces.

Clashes had erupted between the army and residents of the Palestinian refugee camp of Nahr al-Bared on Friday and earlier this week, leaving one person dead and a number wounded.

The airport road has been repeatedly blocked by demonstrators protesting frequent power cuts.

On Monday it was blocked by the families of abducted Lebanese pilgrims who were kidnapped in Syria on May 22.

The families accused the government of not exerting enough efforts to ensure their release.

Addressing the Syrian crisis, the March 14 General Secretariat said that the demise of the Assad regime will “end a dark phase of Lebanon’s history and its ties with Syria.”

“It could serve as an opportunity to end a period of division among Lebanese factions and their return to the authority of the state,” it added.

This state is based on the Taef Accord and respect of international resolutions on Lebanon’s sovereignty, explained the March 14 forces.

“Failure to adhere to these two factors will lead Lebanon towards the unknown,” they warned.

Must this and must that. Are they serious? Pathetic. No wonder they keep losing in every aspect. After all, they are led by a dumb cheikh who spends his time continent-hopping and slipping and sliding from one steep slope to another. bel ro7, bel dam, yafdouk ya mza7et

These dumbos have totally lost it with their must this and must that and must everything in between. Why not have them try an antique Must de Cartier to take them back in time to their good old days when they were trampolining into the arms of the Syrian occupation like babies in need of a warm embrace?
