Gunmen Storm Liquor Store in Baalbek, Clash with Owner

An armed clash broke out on Monday between unknown gunmen and the owner of a liquor store in the Beqaa town of Baalbek, reported the National News Agency.

It said that the gunmen, driving in Range Rovers, stormed the store, which is located in front of the Jalil Palestinian refugee camp.

An armed clash soon broke out between them and the owner, Hussein Shuqair.

No injuries have been reported and the reason for the dispute remains unknown.

NNA noted that family disputes exist between the Shuqair family and a number of others in Baalbek.

I have to agree. It could be a personal dispute. I guess like other things in lebanon. We will never know. But let's not jump to conclusions when it does say it was a palestinian camp. Could be an HA counterpart from an endless bouquet of palestinian factions. Lol. Sorry mowaten. Just had to throw that in there.
