Report: Ban Briefed on International Tribunal Indictment

U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has been briefed on the content of the indictment in ex-Premier Rafik Hariri’s murder case and a copy of it was referred to the judicial department at the United Nations, pan-Arab daily Asharq al-Awsat on Wednesday.
“The release of the indictment is a matter of few days, if not hours,” sources told the newspaper.
The Special Tribunal for Lebanon was set up in The Hague in 2009 by the U.N. after a massive car bomb attack killed Hariri and 22 others in Beirut in 2005.
Meanwhile, U.N. Special Coordinator for Lebanon Michael Williams headed to New York on Tuesday after holding a meeting with Prime Minister Najib Miqati.
Williams stressed that the U.N. chief is looking forward for the new cabinet to re-confirm its commitment to the implementation of Security Council resolution 1701, and all other international resolutions.

OK M8 so what is it going to be? If Hezbollah or the Syrian regime are guilty, the STL will be rejected. If it's someone else. It will be accepted. Right!?

but in a more serious note, i don't know who to believe any more, the STL could be controlled by the USA to set up a "desired situation" for them and Israel, or it could be actually true that hezb and Syria were behind it...at

I was synical moron! I think that the USA only wants to help democraties to rise in the area. This is what I want too. The imbeciles reflex is to always see the USA as a giant manipulator who controls everything, which is not the case!
USA's best interrest is that we become a true Democracy, and that we live in peace with Israel like many other countries do! I think the same, and am tired of Lebanon fighting Palestine and Syria's wars!
